Today through Wednesday is the dead period so no visits are happening.

Right. However, they can still commit & sign during the dead period, so we're still hoping to get some news on a few of the players we're chasing...
They just posted on3 that Sly is back and Champ is trending back....

But he said from the get go he wasn’t going to poach from the school he’s leaving

I believe that, but, if we're being completely honest, it's their decision, and if he thought they could help UF, and they insisted on following him, he would probably let them.
These 4, and 5, star guys are becoming rich entitled little bitches. Not all, but a lot of them aren't as hungry as they were when they were working to get that first million.

The 3-star kids are hungry, and train like they have a chip on their shoulder. They're more open to hard criticism, and coaching, since they're still trying to work their way to the top. I don't think it applies to everybody, obviously, but there's a lot that going on, imo. It's only natural for complacency to set in.

Alex Golesh is looking for hungry arse football players who are ready to work their arse off and win a title. If that's a blue-chipper, fine. If that's a 3-star, ok. If it's a unrated player who worked his way up from the bottom, let's fricking go. At least that's my opinion.
A. Head said that Center from USF was going to need a waiver to be eligible.

I guess declaring no longer makes it official? I thought once you declared for the NFL draft, you couldn't return. Maybe the recent NIL rules changed that?

I think the rule was that as long as you didn't hire an agent, you were good to come back. That rule certainly doesn't matter any longer...

Probably realized he can make more $ in college than he would in the nfl going in round 3-5

And increase his draft stock. I think it's a good idea for the guy. He's one of the guys I think Hugh owes an apology...
Man, if we don't start signing some linemen these dudes better be ready to bulk up...
I wouldn't be surprised if some of these guys were taking pay cuts to be on better teams. The suck tax is a real thing, from what I've read...

Things might be trending back in Auburn's favor with Sigler. We will see how the next few hours play out, but I like what I'm hearing right now.

give up.... they're all pissed at Cam and will spend the next year going on and on about him taking cash even though every last one of them would do the exact same shite for 3-5 million dollars

I'm not pissed at Cam. I hate that he doesn't like Auburn enough to finish his career here, but I understand him maximizing his earnings, especially given the limited window of opportunity.

I yell, "frick those guys," in jest, but wish them no ill will. I wish we were able to pay Cam, and some of the others. But, we didn't, so frick them

Crawford is better

He may be; decided to leave. Therefore, frick him.
J.Lee posted this am that the ship hasn't necessarily sailed on Sigler. Apparently the door is still open.
We need OL/DL! We're gonna get merc'd in the trenches, next year, if we don't get to work...
There were several attempts at threads explaining what was going on, but they were all deleted. I remain unable to find a legit explanation of what exactly happened with him.

Yeah, Auburn fans love them some thin QB rooms with no competition. I forgot, carry on!

Pfffft. Auburn always has the most elite back up in CFB. Just ask our side walkers, or Mike G. #BackupQBU:lol:
