re: Is A&M afraid to play Georgia?

It's the other way around. We've been to Athens, but somehow Georgia has never come to Kyle Field.

As an LSU fan I think it's so hilarious that they tried to escape their bully from the big 12 and have you guys show up and beat the shite out of them again

Somebody's got to show up and beat us in consecutive years because it sure as hell isn't something LSU can accomplish anymore.

Looking forward to our second straight win in BR this Fall.
It's a great opportunity for Jordan. He's an Ag himself but I don't blame him for taking a DC role at KState.

I see it as Klein trying to put together a staff and he wants prior working relations to help stand it up at key roles. Best of luck to them both and maybe we'll see Jordan again down the road.

Thank you, and best of luck to Bama in the next round.
Damn, catching strays from Ole Miss fans now too.

Printing the fricking cups.
Only the bitter idiots amongst us. ERob is a solid hire at D-Line coach for any team in college.

re: Kyle Field is an easy place to win.

Any stadium is an easy place to win when the home team only score 3 points on offense.
Reed had 0 touchdowns and 7 turnovers in the last two games.

We very much had a two face QB problem this season. You can see both sides of him in the SC first half vs second half.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see us go for a new QB this off-season to compete for QB1. In fact I'm hoping we do.

But to answer your question we didn't have a suitable QB2, our game against Samford showed us that.

Now we can join the rest of you plebs whose season's ended weeks ago.

I've been saying it for years, but a lot of us don't want to hear it.

Agreed it's a little brother move.

re: 16 team playoff done right

Theoretical: With #1 getting a bye, they'll almost always be a P4 conference champ.

So to give the next 4 highest rated conference champs home games it's very possible you'll be giving a playoff home game to an unranked G5 conference champ.

You good with that?

re: Is the A&M Defense Fraudulent?

Posted by Daowna on 12/20/25 at 7:15 am to
Our defense has been exposed in the first half of the SC game and away games. We play pretty solid at home, usually.

But turnovers have been lacking, as you point out.
Oh yeah? The two home teams not hosting Tulane or James Madison are the most likely to be upset?

You're really going out on a limb with this thread. LOL
I suppose we are disregarding JMU and Tulane, then?
It's warming to see Elko get the credit and consideration he deserves.

Best of luck to him in his new major football job.

re: Why is Ags and Canes at 11?

It is about ratings and eyeballs, sadly. There are NFL games later in the day so 11 AM is their prime time spot that day.

Going for quantity not quality of posts, I see.

the argument though is that your piling on to ND for not having a tougher schedule, when you guys don’t have a tougher schedule for exactly the same reason, factors out of your control.

Depending on which metric you go by our schedule rank is somewhere in the top 20. Our schedule is consistently ranked stronger than ND's from the SOS I've seen. Thus our schedule is considered "tougher."

Apologies if I'm slow here, but I really don't understand what you're trying to argue.
Well deserved, imo. He's a great QB with consistent accuracy.

But aggy sos was a joke this year.

As bad or as soft as our schedule was this year in the SEC, it was still a stronger rated schedule than ND's. I'm not sure what the argument/confusion is here.
1. A&M won 11 games compared to your team who only won 10.

2. I found no measure/ranking that shows Notre Dame had anywhere near a tougher strength of schedule compared to A&M. Meaning A&M won more games than you with a harder schedule.

You're literally making shite up. And just like this thread and OP, you don't comprehend basic understanding for why Notre Dame is rightfully left out of the CFP.
So what?

Apparently what you don't understand is if you play a cream puffs schedule, it's still a cream puffs schedule. It doesn't matter how many years ago you scheduled it and how good the teams were when you scheduled them.

You're evaluated by your strength of schedule this year. Not when you scheduled it.
Keep telling us about how you don't care. It might work, eventually.

The melt continues.
Yell leader activities that started in the early 1900's in an all male military school that have been clinged to and kept largely unchanged for the sake of tradition.

It does not carry well to the uninitiated in modern times and you're not wrong to wonder wtf is happening if you have no prior knowledge or understanding of where this came from.

I hope this helps.

That being said, I do not understand your post, when Texas has beaten you two years in a row, and only two years in the conference.

I see a few texas fans took my post as a slight. I'm not the type of Aggie that hates all things texas - minus Thanksgiving game week, I'll go in a bit there for the fun of the rivalry.

Was I the most complementary? No. But what I meant was texas is going to do what they can to gain advantages where they can, at a level higher than most. A small but relevant example is the amount of commercial advertising we see this season involving longhorn fans and their football team.

Again, I am interested to see how you adapt in the new conference given the change in teams and competition you now face. I really didn't mean it much beyond general curiosity and poked fun at yall being in the Big 12 up to recently. If you take offense to the above, that's not my problem.
