Missing why all the Fort Morgan hate? I’ve got a million dollar crib with a full time security guard and the bon secure undisturbed beach for my back yard. It’s amazing.
Wrapping up the decking on this bad boy. I’d say check the pump and equipment grade and coping if it’s getting done for 75k. Seems low.

I used to think poker was cool.
Live in East Memphis near Fred Smith. Send kids to Lausanne. They will go to top tier colleges, you continue to go downtown daily and make jack that is highly disproportionate to the cost of living. Buy big works of art. Love Memphis. I keep a gun in my M8. It’s a sweet HK 9mm. I love this town.

This is a common thing for many pilots for FedEx in Memphis with routes to South America. Mostly old military guys with enough seniority to maintain the same flight plans/destinations. Collierville wife and kids in McMansions, South American wife and kids living like royalty on American Dollar.

Tl:dr. I’m approaching 50. I’m tan and fit. I make a shite ton of money. On tv a lot. Married but not the best. 28-35 year old hotties coming hard. They really think they have a shot at my beach house and lifestyle or do they just want the opportunity to dabble in something they will never know?
