2-8 vs the west is not impressive for MOST conferences. It's certainly not anything that Mullen is boasting about. But ths is the WEST and the WEST is the BEST in College football period. There is no tougher conference than the SEC.. PERIOD.. There is not a tougher division than the SEC WEST!!!

1- At one point in time, we played the game in all cotton heavy type material. If you were still in that and the Ducks came in with this, it would matter.

I remember this story! Jimmy Johns had committed to MSU. Mr. Mississippi in football. On signing day, he went to Bama. Before the game he dogged out Croom to the Media and got knocked out.
The announcers said that Johns was out and when he came to wanted back on the field but they "hid his helmet"..

Your body needs food. In all seriousness, the body is going to get the carbs and protein one way or the other. EVEN IF IT MEANS BREAKING DOWN YOUR OWN MUSCLE! Yeah, that will cause you to drop some pounds, but at the expense of muscle..
I assume you are wanting to drop fat and tone muscle. If that is the case, you need to do a few things...
1- eat MORE!! yes more.
more meals per day
more of the good foods

6 meals per day! Not knowing your weight, height, etc it's kinda hard to pin point, but let's say your needed calories =s 2400 per day. Divide that 6 (the 6 meals). That's roughly 400 cals per meal. Eating less meals and larger causes the body to store FAT. doing the above will siganl to the body that it will get what it needs through out the day and not store but actually use some stored fat.
2- Cardio.. 30 minutes/day that's in addition to whatever your normal day is.
3- WATER!!! no matter what, drink the proper amounts of water per day. I promise you that if you will drink the right amount of water, you will crave it to relieve thirst. Coke won't quench it.
4- Lay off the soda! PERIOD..
5- 1 day per week, eat 50% more cals than normal. A cheat day.
and If you are not trying to get in shape.. why the hell the thread??
