Ellis Johnson Fired from USM quote: Todd Monken should be the first call made. this And people at USM liked the Johnson hire. "Yeah SEC coordinator!!! Gotta be good!"

As an USM fan, I wasn't thrilled about Johnson. Anderson or Monken is who I wanted
I loved bower, but he lost his enthusiasm for the game, he figured 6 or 7 wins a year was enough. He made bad hires in coordinators and the recruiting was starting to suffer. If he had stayed He would have become like Nutt because of his complacency, and that he supports EJ should tell you a lot.

Btw I think freeze will take y'all places in a few years. Seems like a good hire for the rebs
I am a season ticket holder and eagle club member, I left a half time during the Marshall game and haven't been back. ELLLLLLLLLLoss Johnson has to go

And Henry, Bower needed to go, unlike Cutcliffe at Ole Miss. My dad, an Ole Miss alum is still pissed about that.

Where did you go to school? Central, Desoto, or Barton.
I was born in Helena, grew up in West Helena, went to Central- class of 91.

Phillips County should be proud of her native son

good movie, but as a john wayne western aficionado
my top ten would be

1. The Searchers
2. Red River
3. The Sons of Katie Elder
4. The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
5. Rio Grande
6. She Wore A Yellow Ribbon
7. Fort Apache
8. Rio Bravo
9. El Dorado
10. 3 God Fathers
As someone who has been a fan of the comics since 1978, I can give it a 10-10 (pun intended). My 10 year old said it was the best movie she has ever seen in her life. Tintin isn't for everyone, but if you like adventure movies, it was a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to the sequel.
as an alum of dear old southern miss, i say no to brett favor as hc.

reason?

i dont want favor pecker pics on the jumbotron.

BTW, what year did you graduate, blue? ('01 here)

summer of 96, when usm was still an independent in football.

in my 17 years of being associated with usm, other than the cws run, i think this is the best best sports ever
as an alum of usm, im glad the eagles won the game, screw the money
im planning on seeing it, i started reading the comics in the 70's when i lived over seas, and still have them. my kids are reading them now, and we are looking forward to the movie.

ready for that chick to go, but ramsey will keep her one more week, he needs the drama to keep the show interesting.

tatoo boy will get the axe tonight imo
usm would need a miracle to get out of cusa into an aq conf. im afraid we are destined for the sunwacusa hybrid, when all this expansion is over
my wife has to pause the dvd when ever we watch the germans episode, coz im laughing to hard
i think he would have hated frodos fake gay laugh in the movie

just got through with my annual reading of the 6 middle earth books after doing a lotr ee marathon. and when i got the the frodo parts of the story all i could hear was that stupid arse laugh.
raiders of the lost ark, was the first movie my dad took me to see, was around 8 yrs old. it was just the two of us. one of my all time favs for that reason alone

side note: my dad gets into the action of a movie and becomes quite animated. when we went to see temple of doom a few years later, he was getting antsy during the 1st mola rama sacrifice scene and when the indian dude jumps up into indys face, my pop hollers out "whew" really loud, jumps out of his seat, and throws pop corn all over the place, i was 11 at the time, but i remember it like it was yesterday
i actually helped build that wooden flood gate that cuts levee st. mind if i steal some of the photos you took?
