Nwoko would be filthy on a team like Houston.

Shouldn’t be a P4 player. But of course, McMahon loves him.

The pull away is hopefully starting.

Good.
Lazy arse passing that won’t be held accountable

It’s one of the craziest trends I’ve ever seen. We’ve lost multiple games shooting over 50% from 3 under McMahon which is crazy

The guy is just a loser. Plain & simple.

Mike Williams III

Unfortunately we ran him off for Pablo Tamba

We need him if Sutton doesn't take it to the next level.

Lol what next level? McMahon has ensured for the fourth year in a row that there is nothing to play for in March.

You gotta make the tourney. No excuses.

LSU being the lone exception to this of course.

Why are TPK, tigersbb, puffy, etc. never in live-watching basketball threads?

Cowardice or not really fans
If we lose tonight, the McMen excuse will be

“Muh late night start.”

Wade is not having a good year this year

Yet will comfortably be in the tournament.

Meanwhile our esteemed leader is about to go 0-4 in that regard. Fun times.

I’m just worried Reed goes to the draft. He’ll probably be a top 3 pick according to the all knowing mcmen so he’ll likely be leaving and without him no coach could win.

And if Thomas leaves for the draft too, we’ll really be in trouble. Like winning only 24% of our conference games bad

March Madness 1 and done, it's his trademark

March Madness end of January and done - McMahon’s trademark

Any job McMahon gets after this will pay considerably less than what he is making at LSU. LSU will have to bear the brunt of this regardless. Again, if the athletic department isn't going to pay, what private donor out there is a big enough LSU basketball fan to pay $2.5 mill a year for the next three years to get him out? I don't think that person exists.

I agree. Hopefully we’ll be surprised in that a rich person out here is disgusted with this product and will bail us out.

I’m disgusted with the product. Unfortunately I am not rich.

Then who pays it?

It’s more on the structure/amounts of payment.

It is not a $10 million cost all at once. It is spread out over the course of the ridiculous contract Woodward gave. Plus if McMahon and his staff get other jobs, that amount is then offset from the total amount.

Also, there are separate basketball boosters that do not contribute to football or baseball.

What booster is ponying up $10 million to fire McMahon?

I don’t think you know how buyouts work
quote:

You get in free to the basketball game this saturday with a ticket to the mens baseball game.

Thanks, McMahon, for killing the program!

Curley Hallman says hello

I think the conference winning percentage is actually worse than Hallman at this point. I recall seeing that on here recently.

I’ll admit that I would be stoked if Wade were back. However I’m at the point where I would take literally any other Div I coach over McMahon at this point. The program desperately needs a new voice.

I saw an interesting blurb on coaching hot seats today from a national writer. He said his sources seem to think McMahon gets another year (nauseating thought) but he had an interesting quote: “If I’m McMahon, I might see if I could get in front of it and see if there’s a mid major opportunity that I could cling on to.

First time I’ve seen that sentiment floated. The national writer seemed like McMahon being gone could be a very real possibility. Fired, leaves for an another opportunity, resigns….I really don’t care. I just want these next three games to be his last at LSU. It’s beyond time.

Everyone plays by the same rules that exsit at the times they are coaching, but if a team loses two of its top players two years in a row its devestating especially if it is in the midst of a rebuild. You cannot trade for new players in the middle of the season. Brown wentthrough the typical stops and starts for a few seasons until he signed Macklin, Cook, Hultberg. Floyd " the Dubberly Dude" Bailey, the Doctor, Walter Johnson, Mattick, Sims, Scales , Al and Lionel Green over a two year period after being there for four years. He was not recruiting with the shadow of NCAA investigation and sanctions, nor di dhe lose a key player to injury until Macklin's junior season. That is far different than McMahon had to deal with. If your McMahon Derangement Syndrome won't let you acknowledge this then so be it.

So brainwashed. Sad.
