Nobody will ever backstroke into the endzone like Devery
A combination of elway favre Vick Brady and manning couldn't win a superbowl with this offensive line, much less drew brees
Moss at saints camp today

Per twitter ... Wwltv feed to be exact

but getting dismantled thoroughly, sorry, i don't feel quite as confident as some of you.... and i have no problem pointing out that fact.... nor that some of you are just die hard, never see any wrong, black and gold colored glasses wearing morons.... but hey, to each their own... do your thing...
dismantled? we had over 150 yards of offense, ran the ball right up their number one D's arse, and had Malcom Jenkins (who alot of people outside New Orleans feel is one of, if not the best player on our D) out, and Tracy Porter out
also, you must know, Gregg's greatest asset to the Saints defense is his ability to scheme against other teams and exploit their deficiencies week by week, no chance in hell we game planned for this game for more than 20 minutes,
did we blitz once? guess gregg totally revamped the defense this year
quote:
i admire people like you... life must be very interesting, completely ignoring glaring, blatantly obvious warning signs...
like in 2006 when the offense was terrible and drew brees looked like shite?
Anyone else not worried at all?

yes I understand the missed tackles by the 1s are frustrating, but game plan wise, why the hell should we run a single look that we think might work against this offense when we play the same team less than a month from now when it counts?
on offense, vanilla is the name of the game, did we run 3 screen passes or 4 the first 2 possessions? the 1s were very much improved running the ball, and the passing game will be there by September 8

Had a quasi-similar experience at the gold cup semis at reliant (saw a USA fan get pushed down the stairs then get thrown out only because stadium security "didn't want to start trouble (with the the Mexican fans)", sorry to hear about that
Maybe US soccer can get together with NASCAR and said if you go to a us-Mexico match you automatically get free tickets to talledaga?
Problem solved

do people honestly think that because of this situation we will just overhaul the entire offense that the team has been learning all offseason and have installed in the spring, since Krag was hired? Scrap Krag's playbook, bring in Studs, JJ and the offense we're going to do something different than what you guys have been learning and practicing since the spring, were going Leslie style
Don't worry Eddie Ludwig will single handedly bring the fighting wilbons to their knees

The bar has been raised, time to bring the pain like Sam Houston and Zachary Taylor
this guy sunil needs to fall on the sword and resign, after the final I wanted Bob gone at all costs, now I feel that I could handle Bob for another cycle if Sunil resigns- he seems to be the source of many of the issues of US soccer, and that it will be very difficult to move forward as long as he is in charge

Wonderful memories of this one, thrown out the Georgia dome before kickoff for such bullshite the likes of which this world has never seen, pushed in the back has the saints came out the tunnel by a falcons fan which caused me to spill my beer harmlessly on the ground, usher threw me out, even had falcons fans (including the one that pushed me) going to bat for me, usher on a power trip says want to go with him? Watched the rest of the game from my hotel, far and away the 4th most satisfying victory for me only behind the super bowl, nfccg, and mnf 06

re: Anybody know the latest on Jozy?

True, though Juan is inconsistent , with bobs reluctance to play Dempsey up top unless we need a goal I feel Juan beings a fresh approach and completely different skill set to the table such as the ability to take defenders on something I just don't see from Jozy, at least not from what I've seen recently
Pumped for this one, my first usmnt match in person!
Been watching since 2002 when I watched the 02 World cup with my Honduran babysitter (bless her heart she let me stay up for that one started at 2 am?) and she was reduced to tears when we beat Mexico, it was then when i realized A Mexico was a poor pathetic country that nobody liked, and B that usmnt soccer was legit

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised with agudelo's play alone up top throughout the match after he was subbed in, granted we dominated the midfield today, he looked better alone up top then I can remember Jozy doing
Wondo better not dress Wednesday, I'll be in reliant Wednesday and if he is present Vancouver will look like a tea party
Ha but he's played well this tournament, might be singing a different tune when wondo the magnificant starts against panama

Agree on all fronts loved to see jermaine thugin it and lovn it on the pitch today he and Bradley will kill people together
that being said, for the semis, if Jozy can't go, I'd love to see Dempsey paired with Juan up top, bedoya and Donovan on the wing with everything else the same, but something tells me that wont happen

This is like Wayne Gretzky hockey when a brickwall appears over the net, the ball just refuses to find the back of the net

I'd like to see Jozy or el chosen Juan get hot before the knockout round, Definitely going to need a serious threat up top against Mexico with Dempsey and Donovan being needed in the midfield to control possession
