Just an off day for the entire team. Guaranteed the most disappointing is Allen and Skrtl. I dont understand why Allen would start when its obvious his shoulder is bothering him enough to have numerous poor performances. Skrtl just looked totally lost out there.Gerrard and Suarez both looked off this game as well. Overall a horrible performance by everyone.
thank goodness lucas is on for allen
Anybody know what Moyes said to Suarez after the diving celebration?
Joe Allen was named Welsh footballer of the year!

Don't know if that means anything to y'all. LINK
Wish I could make it to Finns. Never been, but eventually will one day.
Not too sure I like wisdom in the middle and pushing agger out wide. One thing I do like though, is our front 3!

By the way, does anyone have a link to watch the game?

as a former AC Milan supporter, GO frick YOURSELF

Hey hey now, don't sweat it. I do recall AC Milan getting revenge in 2007. Although liverpool's win in 2005 was much more dramatic and entertaining.

Here's to returning to those champion ways hopefully in the next year or two. I have faith.
Nice article. Hopefully we can see some results from his extra work.

Just a random question, when you did you guys become a liverpool supporter? Was it a certain game you watched? A certain player on the team?

The moment I became a Liverpool fan was during their CL run on their way to winning the 2005 trophy. It was in the final when I got chills down my back and was so happy.
Yoga instructor: "and this position is called the cat."

Player: "meow!"

I started cracking up when that happened.

This series is going to be awesome. Definitely looking forward to it.
We knew it was going to take time. Suarez has looked off the past two games. Sure, he scored during the week, but before that he looked horrible against Hearts. Pepe has had a rough week. Hopefully he can recover.

We fricked ourselves on deadline day. Now we have to live with it. Let's hope that a young forward can step up and make a difference.

And I've always thought that shelvey and Henderson were good players. But to be honest I'd rather see shelvey on the pitch.
You know, I trust BR. If he thinks that the squad he has now is good enough, and is confident in the players he has now, then I have no problem. I love the fact that he won't make any crazy signings and overpay for players. We all knew this was going to be a long rebuilding process.
Just heard that spurs bid for Dempsey has been accepted and he has signed. If true, this sucks.
Hopefully Andy can find his form and return healthy.

Power came back on over here just in time to watch the game!
So who would y'all rather LFC sign? Dempsey or Walcott?
I haven't posted in a while but I think I'll be contributing a hell of a lot more this upcoming season. But, DAMN IM EXCITED ABOUT SOME LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL!

I have a good feeling about this season fellas.
Just looking for some opinions on the place. Thinking about making a reservation there.
Geez it feels like everyone has forgotten already that we just won the Carling Cup last weekend. Sure, the loss to arsenal was painful to see but we still have a chance at winning the FA cup this season. I'm just hoping that this loss has lit a fire under some of the players and hopefully we could get into good scoring form. If that doesn't happen, I'm all about selling Carroll and Adam. Henderson is still young and learning. I can see him having a good season next season.
Gerrard just subbed off against Netherlands after 30 min. Hope he isn't hurt.
Is it me or does Jozy look like he has slimmed down a bit? Maybe it's the jerseys?
I'd like to see him at Liverpool as well. I've just always wanted to see a good American player start for Liverpool. But I can definitely see him moving this summer to CL caliber team.
1. Liverpool
2. Everton

I know it's weird because they're rivals but I like David moyes and I think Fellaini is the man.

I use to like Manchester city a lot before they started buying all these players. Now I can't stand em!

I remember when stephen Ireland was there most exciting player. That wasn't so long ago.
He could either go to chelsea or arsenal. I say arsenal because the arteta deal isnt looking so good, so they may be interested in signing him.
I hate to see Meireles wanting to go. He was easily one of our best players last year. He has basically been forgotten about this year.
Anybody else thinking that our chances of winning the epl this season good? Despite the manchester clubs putting on goal fests this weekend, im still confident in our team. Im predicting suarez to be the player of the year if he stays healthy. Hopefully andy carroll can get on the score sheet a few times so he can gain some confidence. Id hate to see him get into a huge slump and be a huge waste of money.
No one here seems to like the Bellamy signing. Answer this, who would you rather come on as a sub? Ngog or Bellamy? I personally thought ngog was useless. Btw, who's ready for Stevie G to come back?
Support Liverpool for sure. Nobody likes united or Chelsea, arsenal are shite, city is going to choke. Luis Suarez will be the most exciting player to watch this season if he can stay healthy.

Oh and they got stevie g!
Here is the line-up I'm hoping to see this weekend,

Reina
Kelly-carragher-agger-Enrique
Lucas-Adam
Suarez-kuyt-downing
Carroll

I'm really hoping we set a good tone and get a solid result this weekend. Looking for a 3-0 result.
Thanks for the replies yall. I'll be coming out tom to Burbank or the natatorium. Looking forward to it.

Anywhere in the BR area to play pick up soccer? Just moved here from Lafayette and played soccer my whole life. Also looking to play on any indoor and mens league team.
