It is way too damn hot in Dallas for a Gumbo. Do you understand it has been 100-108 (105 today) going on 60 days now. Duckie this isnt no gumbo weather. The secret to a good gumbo is the roux and that is something you have to practice on unless you find a jar of Savoie's which I will find you a jar for your tickets! :nana:
