Yellow Submarine overall is certainly not up there with their other work, but this Harrison tune is one of my favorites

Yellow Submarine- It's All Too Much

Any King's X fans out there?

Cigarettes

Summerland

It's Love

Dogman

Haha, i hope you're joking with that pic...not this again
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness Numbered limited release copy. Goes for $400-500 now
There is such a wide array of possibilities with them. Can ne $5-100's. Discogs is a good website to check out and get an idea of pricing.

Any vinyl collectors here?

Guitar without question? Really? I know this is an opinion based question and answer session, but JP was without question a better guitar player than DG?
I wasn't commenting on your 3 guitarists, sorry for the post confusion. Was commenting overall
Such a personal taste, opinion answer. Not technically the best but my favorite has to be Gilmour
Yep, been living in Houston for 4 years and there is by far more robbery/murders and random other murders not related to drug dealers and gangs than I ever remember in New Orleans
I don't know enough about it but Bobby Hebert just said the salaries count to the cap as long as they are under contract. He said they would have to be cut to remove the cap hit. Not sure if that is accurate or not.

Where did I indicate I was upset about the defiant label? I didn't want to start another ESPN sucks thread

ESPN is a joke. They have an entire secrion of polls dedicated to the Saints right now. One of them is "How big of an advantage do you believe the Saints would have garnered from their alleged eavesdropping device? Big, small or no advantage". I am glad they at least included alleged. Most of the idiots that comment on the stories clearly only read the headlines as they want Payton suspended for another year or the SB title vacated because of it, absurdity. Many also assume the story is true just because the feds and police are looking into the matter. Ignorance abounds
I heard the full comment. The examples he gave were of excessive (according to him) going after knees when tackling, whatever
I dunno, if I listen to a band that sounds worse live then I usually quit listening to them.
New bands that all the kids love today that I think are awful, Arcade Fire and Mumford n Sons

All the Pink Floyd hate is going to give me a heart attack at 33 yrs of age. Holy crap you all must be Nsync fans
I am talking about the song Echoes from Meddle
King's X = bad to the bone live
MuteMath's current tour is nothing short of jaw dropping amazing
I have to agree. For me, Meddle and Animals are my favorite beginning to end. Animals is balls to the wall fantastic rock n roll. Nothing better than Gilmore's solo on Dogs. Nothing better than the frick you attitude of Pigs (Three Different Ones). Meddle is unbelievably smooth throughout. Echoes is a masterpiece. You can tell many great present day guitarists (i.e. Slash, Navarro, etc) were heavily influenced by Gilmore. Fearless sounds like a song the Black Crowes have always tried to write.

Its amazing listening to these guys and hearing all of the influences in present day music (listen to Fat Old Sun on AHM and then listen to Smashing Pumpkins' Porcelina of the Vast Oceans from Melon Collie).

Some of their most popular is for some reason my least favorite. Don't get me wrong, I think they are all great, but for ranking purposes....I don't like the theatrical stuff like in the Wall (hope that isn't considered heretical here!)
Dumbest fricking article I have ever read. This site is full of a bunch of pre-madonna internet tough guys whose dream job is to work on TLC fashion shows.
