Serious question, wasn't Legion Field condemned several years ago, or was that a joke?

re: Worst game you saw in person

I saw S. Miss beat LSU on a cold November night in the rain. It was Curly Hallman's last game. It was a miserable night and their was almost a Cajun riot in the upper deck.
Ah yes, another "dump Mizzou" thread. So original and interesting.
Inaccurate article. Funding hasn't been cut by the state and numbers aren't down nearly as much as was predicted. Oh and BTW, alumni have stepped up, meaning this is going to be one of the biggest donation years of all time. Move on haters.
I'd rather not discuss this game or season...
The OP is whiny little bitch. If you don't like like the events that transpired, then get involved and push your own agenda.

If you are soooo ashamed of your university that you declare publicly that you will never be a fan again, then you are a loser. Get lost.
Is it my imagination or do most of the Auburn players look like hobos? Seriously, where does Pearl get these guys?
I went to the game against USCe, it was an impressive win. They are a hell of a lot more exciting than under Grant. This team plays great defense with a lot of energy. Johnson has them headed in the right direction.
Anderson needs to resign tonight after this putrid game. I went to many of these games when I lived in StL. They were once fun, a long time ago.

Scrooster, It must be tough to know that such a shitty program such as MU still manages to beat your team, like a drum. Yep, shitty.
I assume the Ole Miss post above is sarcasm because, surely, an Ole Miss fan wouldn’t lecture someone else about race relations.

Mizzou handled this like shite no doubt, but after Ferguson, the admin freaked out. Every single SEC school president is hoping and probably praying that none of this starts to erupt on their own campus.

'Any of them try to fight you? I heard so many stories about that."

No, but there was a lot of jawing. Could have easily escalated, but I was sober and with my wife! I would not go back.
F U OP. Go Aggies!!

I went to the Mizzou ASU game a few years ago, ASU fans are trash.
I've been to all, including the college towns. I've enjoyed my time in each, with the exception of a few nuts along the way.
Rant is getting soft, three pages and very few "Mizzou sucks" posts.
Some places judge progress by attracting high tech or high end industry jobs, but not Arkansas! They judge progress by a new chicken joint. Congrats.
I wish they'd pistol whip that freak in the arabian nights dress taking pictures.
It is sort of curious to me though, why not just let them go then never allow them back in the USA. After about 15 minutes in Syria they will no doubt realize they made a huge mistake and want to come home, whereupon they cannot. That seems like a good punishment. Or they get over there, they like it, whereupon they get killed at some point. Either way, justice is served. If these people are stupid enough to want to join ISIS, let them join and get them the hell out of this country.

Ok, back to the Starkville vs, Oxford argument (p.s. great folks in both places in my experience).

I love these replies by UF and UT fans about how winning the East means nothing because other teams were down. As if you hillbillies and jort-wearing rednecks wouldn't have LOVED to win the East the past two years, no matter the records of the other teams! Hilarious.
Oh I was on the edge of my seat waiting for this news….

re: It's going down in Baltimore

What the frick is happening in this country? Cops cant bust up looters, and now we have a dance troupe. This country is a mess.
Is pot legal in Baltimore? It sure seems like it because every interview with every local seems like they are high as shite. I'm talking from the dumbshit mayor to the local bum.
Leland's jean jacket rocks!
That fat white hippy has done gone native. At least he was picking up some trash with the cat with the tiny broom.
Freaking savages. Nothing says protest like looting a liquor store.
Wait, lower spring game attendance means Bama's run is over? Interesting logic. You are one desperate Vols fan.

Lord…Much to the chagrin of some of you haters, Mizzou is here (SEC) to stay.

This thread is freaking hilarious, except for the death of the Saban kissing lady. Mizzou's loss to IU in an otherwise great year comes to mind. Or maybe hiring our current basketball coach. Or take any of the seasons when I was an undergrad in the mid to late 80s. We were horrid.
The news called it a Civil War artifact, so I assume it is from that era.

Yes, it is a club sport. Nothing earth shattering sports-wise, I just thought it was a cool trophy, especially now that we are in the SEC.
MU claimed the Civil War Sword trophy. Pretty cool trophy.
