Generally a lighter round is faster so it would generally be higher than a heavier bullet in the same cartridge. Then with that said it could still be lower.

There are way to many variables to give you a definitive answer.

It possible they could have the same POI at 100yds, its possible the POI could be 3" off in any direction at 100yds.

The steel was probably part of the form work for the pile cap that was left in place. The concrete looks fine.

But I can see how an uninformed person would look at that and think there is a problem.

The sidebar transcripts are being released. I have zero experience with this but it seems like the judge was doing more than what a judge normally does during a trial.

She seems to sometimes be telling the prosecution what to do and if the prosecutor doesn't agree she will enforce things anyway.

Would like to hear actual lawyer's opinions that have seen the sidebar transcripts.

Are you going to have something to make a deck on top of them? Also just setting them in dirt and spanning the ditch is a temporary solution. It will need to be rebuilt/reset at some point.
