re: Is AG1 worth the price?
Posted by crazyLSUstudent on 4/20/26 at 9:39 am to KajunKouyon
TrainerRoad reviews AG1
TrainerRoad went through each ingredient and evaluated against scientific literature to see if the claimed dose had any affect.
TLDR most of the ingredients do not meet the threshold dosage to do anything and it’s a waste of money

But we also just went into the ME and completely humiliated and destroyed the biggest baddest actor over there.
IRGC still in control and seems to have strengthened their resolve and hold on the country. Additionally proved they could close the strait at will, and that they have the ability to strike key ME partners who then pressured us to come to terms. What exactly did we accomplish besides killing their top leadership and Iranian citizens?

I am currently trying to get my time running better.
It’s definitely possible, I’m assuming there are some good training resources online on how to get that done. But any prolonged high intensity endurance exercise is going to require supplemental carbohydrates to maintain performance
re: Running while strictly carnivore
Posted by crazyLSUstudent on 3/30/26 at 11:18 am to Hampton
Why not just fuel your running with carbs and maintain carnivore outside of that window? Additionally carb loading is a traditional practice prior to big race days like marathons not something is necessary unless you plan to backup multiple days of long more intense runs.
If you are just running to run and do not have a training goal or goal time, I would maintain your pace below your LT1 which is more or less your conversational pace. Above LT1 your body will start using carbs as the preferred substrate for energy production and the faster you go the larger the split between fat and carbs used gets eventually hitting 100% carb and 0% fat once you get to threshold

I think you lack the understanding of how untouchable these people think they are. So yes I absolutely believe a sitting US senator has the gall to think real world rules do not apply to them
