Matt Bower Service department lied to me stating my oil change and tire rotation was done.
I got there and immediately noticed the tire I marked vendor service was not moved. I chewed the TSA out and have never been back.
Doesn’t matter what brand. Anything with Matt Bower on it is sketchy AF

Check with your car insurance. GEICO offers “Mechanical Breakdown Coverage” which I would trust WAAAAY more than 3rd party warranty companies

My company didn’t trim fat. They cut 30 incredibly talented American IT professionals and offshored their work to India and Hungary.
