I do carnivore/keto and so does my doctor. Last time I went to see him, he was doing a 5 day sardine fast. He gave me some solid recommendations and even gave me a can of King Oscars! That was a first. A can of sardines from a doc. Go high end on these. European, whole, packed in olive oil. Nuri from World Market is good. I ordered Skin and Bone online, and they’re awesome. Eating the whole fish gives you more nutrients.
Not a lot left of it in most places. Cool to see though.

Anyone use Game Day Men’s Health?

Looks like it’s an outfit with lots of locations. Specializes in TRT, weight loss, peptides, libido. Ratings seem good. Curious to hear any first hand experiences.
We can Google butts, man. We want to see what you see.

6 days in. Gets better.
Luckily, the “no liquids” police will still be out in full force.

Don’t let me down, Hymietown.
It’s great. I think the lady’s character name is Jemima Brown.

His part in Slingblade was brief, but so good. Loved all his movies. The Apostle was a great one.
The alligator was probably the least dangerous thing out there.
What was your doctor’s thought on higher calcium score and good stress test—as far as future monitoring and treatment? I had a 200+ CAC score recently. Same place as yours. Stress test and more bloodwork scheduled. Have been really healthy the last 10 years, but doesn’t necessarily negate the first 30 years of life!
Great movie. One heck of an adventure.
It’s fine and booming. Like a lot of places… wouldn’t live there, but fun to visit.
I always thought she was pretty. Aged, of course. Like we all do. But always found her attractive.
Post the mugshot. Not good. The pretty pictures are always a trap to get you to click.

There’s a little place in Bay St. Louis right off the interstate, MacBe Seafood. I was told it was run by a couple retired NOLA firefighters, but don’t know. Anyway, they hollow out a solid loaf of white bread and toast it with butter. Like a big buttered toast. Then stuff it with fried oysters, shrimp, and/or fish. It’s pretty good. Hole in the wall type joint, but I enjoyed it.
It’s fitting that this thing is on Huey P. Long Ave, because the amount of corruption and grift in Gretna and Jefferson Parish rivals that of any other place in Louisiana. They’re just more discreet about it.
