It’s fitting that this thing is on Huey P. Long Ave, because the amount of corruption and grift in Gretna and Jefferson Parish rivals that of any other place in Louisiana. They’re just more discreet about it.

I get a headache if I take the 10. Worth it if you know you’re really gonna be getting it on. Or if you’re going to over indulge in alcohol. Might not sleep well after. Not sure about other effects or protocols. Talk to doc.

This. 5 mg Tadalifil is all you need. Get your doc to write 10 mg script and cut in half. Basically same price. Also improves urine stream a bit.
