what other options do we have?

We could Fire Javi again.

Ticket sales, parking, merchandising would SKYROCKET with a Wade return.

It skyrockets with a new coach. Wade has nothing to do with it. In fact, you could argue a Wade return would actually be LESS skyrockety than “Random new coach that wasn’t fired for cheating”.

The 2019 team that went to the sweet 16 was good enough to win the national championship.

You’re thinking of the wrong 2019 team.

You do realize we're receiving an SEC payout north of $70 million this year, right?

You do realize there’s 15(?) other teams in the SEC. And if they have that revenue PLUS the extra stadium revenue, that puts them ahead of us.

Sure you would love suites, but it's not a necessity. Prior to NIL, "great facilities" was the way programs tried to distinguish themselves with recruits. Now, it's just contract negotiations.

And.
How.
Do.
You.
Fund.
Those.
Contracts?

With the revenue provided by the premium sales of clubs & suites.

The “great facilities” you’re referring to are things like locker room upgrades, training facilities, nutritional programs, and the like. (Remember the big hullabaloo about the locker room upgrades in 2019?) Which, you’re right, are much less important in the age of “pay me!” We now live in. But you can’t pay them if you don’t have the cash, which why we need the PMAC upgrade to generate said cash.

hat was the weapon in yesteryears "arms race". Facilities don't matter to players anymore.

It matters as far as generating the revenue needed to compete.

There is no way to add suites and club seats (the big revenue generators) to the PMAC. You need a new building.

I meant to say wins, it was a poor attempt to make fun of BK even more.

Kelly, for all his faults (and there are many!) was still able to shepherd a trip to Atlanta and a Heisman Trophy winner.

Hallman was so bad we looked to a Vanderbilt coach as a savior to "Bring the Magic Back".

Do you enjoy losing?

Not as much as you enjoy losing in the Round of 32.

Do y’all think Flau’jae number will be retired?

Has she won SEC Player of the Year yet?

Because the only 2 women's retired jerseys were worn by recipients of that award.

Is that all they could find?

So with the impending reality that mlb will likely be in a lock out next season would players like curiel milam brown decide to stay for an extra season?

Negative 8000%. None of those guys are making to the bigs this year anyway, so it doesn't affect their 2027 plans.

I'd be willing to bet - No. 1 - WW's presser location - WW had something to do with how it was presented. And I'd be willing to be CMM did not even consider such a thing.

You could flip that and say Wade cared about promoting himself and that McMahon was trying to put the focus on the team.

Either way: on a scale of 1-10, I'd rate the importance of "Location of 1st Press Conference" at Negative 2.

LSU needs to let their students move to the lower level behind the benches. Too many of those seats are taken by old namby pamby blue-haired hens and their feeble husbands.

They're taken up by Friends and Family of the respective teams. Would not be surprised if that was an SEC security directive.

There isn’t a universe that exists where you can logically think that Wade is to blame for CoachMc’s failure

McMahon owns his own failures, but Wade owns why we got McMahon in the first place. If Wade plays by the rules, he’s still here.
