Ok, no more posts, sorry. Peace.
Craw, you just don't get it and I haven't got time to explain it to you, sorry.

Like I said.....you can apologize later, you are dead wrong.....time will prove it.

Later.
Sadly with a fan base that can't recognize a loser this will get worse.

I guess ill "crawl back in my hole " as some of you suggested.

Its better then sucking on Les Miles cack.

Enjoy.

All of you can apologize later. I wont hold it against y'all. Football and leadership are complicated and obviously you guys just started learning.

Also, maybe some of you are sadists and you like being rammed by Saban year in year out. Bring out the gimp.
Thanks crawl, coming from a Miles apologist I am very happy you feel that way.
Craw, Savant recruits good and then DEVELOPS HIS TALENT!!

OUR TALENT SMOKES DOPE, LEAVES EARLY, SUCKER PUNCH PEOPLE AROUND TOWN, KICK PEOPLE WHILE THEIR DOWN ON THE GROUND, AND ABSOLUTELY QUITS IN A HIGH PROFILE GAME WITH THE ENTIRE NATION WATCHING.

The entire country knows the problem is Miles - except those on here who would sail the Titanic with Captain Les Miles.
As a manager of a business I understand.....THE BUSINESS IS A REFLECTION OF ME!!!!

WHAT WE SAW TONIGHT WAS A DISGRACE.

GO PUT ON YOUR LSU CHEERLEADER OUTFIT.

IF YOU CANT SEE IT - YOU DONT UNDERSTAND FOOTBALL AND I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR THE PATIENCE TO EXPLAIN IT TO SOMEONE WHI CAN'T RECOGNIZE AN OBVIOUS LOSER.

HE HAS 100% LOST THE TEAM.....
Already graduated babe...

Keep worshiping a loser.

It will get worse and ill let you apologize.
This game was ALL ON LES.

HE'S THE HEAD COACH! !!

You people are truly brainwashed aren't you?
You guys crack me up. Born and raised in Baton Rouge. Tiger fan all my life.

I simply don't want miles representing my school. He diminishes my degree hes so terrible.

If I was a Bama fan I would want Miles to coach LSU another 100 years...
This is the worst defense at LSU in a very long time!!!
We all know Copeland is a beast.

I want him handling the ball there, but he is obviously not seeing clearly.

After the missed blocks - SOMETHING HE NEVER DOES, they should have yanked him....
That dude looks way better than me!!!

Seriously!! I need to lose a hundred +
WE MADE IT!!!

We are now a second tier SEC team.

Miles needs a raise.
You can't make this many mistakes against Bama....

But why expect anything different out of a Miles coached team.

How many losses to Bama will it take to get this stooge fired??

I refuse to lose to Saban every year for what we pay this idiot.
Welter is a junior college practice squad middle linebacker.

You saw that hit the bama middle linebacker put on Magee - that's what a middle linebacker looks like.

I expect bama to run right at us and Welter will be blown so far off the line of scrimmage he will look like a safety......He's built like one.

That and we are killing ourselves....2 turnovers.

I swear that Saban made a deal with the devil when he went to bama.....

LSU IS CURSED!!!
I'm impressed. If we can find a middle linebacker, we've got a shot. Welter is out of position too often and too slow to make up for it.

Go tigers!!!! We have a great team.
As a recovering Negatiger, I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE!!

Response to JCB236's post...
True dat. That's football....one or two plays determine your' season.

The Saints almost got screwed out of the playoffs because of a blown call in the Seahawks - Packers game...in the end the Saints record setting defense kept them from going anywhere anyway.

Yeah, maybe the cycle thing wasn't the best, but I've found that in life most everything has some form of cycle to it.

It was one year and we were still reeling from 1-9, you're right. (Sorry to bring it up. LOL)

Regardless the next few years should be exciting. I just watched all of the videos and have my typical annual "SPRING FEVER".

The talent, the intensity....WOW!!!

I'm an optimist and a realist.

I just want to see some Offense!!!
Yeah, the schedule is a killer, but you never know...

Beating Bama at their house with an awesome offensive performace would make me VERY happy. Saban screaming at his defense would complete a wonderful day!!

My expectations extend past this year...We appear to be back on the upswing.....teams seem to go in cycles. I believe last year was the bottom.

Nowhere to go but up baby!!!
If you folks want to read about how Tony Dungy turned around Tampa Bay there is a Chapter in "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg describing his method.

He used the latest science on psychology and turned around what was a terrible defense using mostly the same players by changing their reactions to stimuli on the field.....he changed their habit loops and broke their tendencies - a VERY hard thing to do.

Unbelievable story!!!!
If we have even an average SEC offense this year I will be very pleased with Cam.

He inherited a mess of an offense, which is unacceptable considering our level of talent.

It is hard to change a culture, to tear down the old and rebuild it upon a solid foundation....but that is what will be required of Cam.

If he pulls it off, look out in a few years.
I go on some real fringe forums wit absolute lunatics and sociopaths.....they get along better than this.

This makes our fans look like complete morons.

I'm remembering why I barely comment here now.
Man this has got to be the worst mannered forum I visit. Would you guys please learn how to have a decent discussion without behaving like 5 year olds.

Do you guys start drinking when you wake up?

ON TOPIC:y

I just watched Jennings HS highlights again and am impressed with the same things a few here have pointed out.

They ran 4 or 5 wide a whole lot and sometimes kept a RB in to block. The defenses would respond by sending disguised blitzes from the edge, likely their best blitzers. Sometimes the RB would pick him up, sometimes not.....BUT, Jennings usually would make a subtle move, make the defender miss, but never take his eyes off of his down field targets... Granted, it looked like his O-line was pretty good and he had that one HUGE receiver. He would find his reciever, quickly plant his feet, the ball came out FAST and the ball was delivered with excellent accuracy - even the deep balls when the receiver was well defended....very very different skill set from Mett who I also like.

He is a pocket passer IMO, even though we may run option with him, his strengths are his pocket presence, his accuracy, his vision, his quick feet, and his quick release.

He did not wow me with his speed. He can run, but he is no RG3. I was impressed by the way he felt the pocket and moved quickly almost without thinking - YOU CANNOT COACH THAT. Comparing him to Russell Shepard is a very bad comparison. Jennings is going to be a quarterback - PERIOD.

In summary, it's Spring. I always get excited as do all LSU fans. This year we have much to be excited about. We got a GREAT offensive coordinator in Cam, with a history of developing quarterbacks. We have an experienced senior quarterback with the ability to be great but in need of some help from someone like Cam and some better blocking from his line. Stud is back 100% focused on the line.

Right away I noticed a different attitude from this team in Spring....it started on day one. There seems to be an intensity that we have lacked in prior years. It's very exciting.

I am excited beyond words that we have an early arrival freshman QB with the accuracy, arm strength, lightning fast release, pocket presence, decent speed, and intangibles that Cam can actually work with. I see great potential in Jennings...more than any QB we've recruited in the recent past. The fact that he already has the support of his team mates and coaches is telling. He is 18 years old and the guys supporting him know a good thing when they see it...and it apparently is obvious even at his young age.

Am I making a mountain out of a molehill? - Maybe. I do it almost every spring, but this year feels different, it looks different, our guys are doing the Harlem Shake together and HAVING FUN.

In my opinion the future is very bright at LSU. So far this Spring we look like a team.

NOW BACK TO YOUR' IDIOTIC BICKERING!!

Time to Break Some Habits...

Posted by Thoreau on 10/7/12 at 3:25 pm
Tony Dungy had great success at TB by tranforming his team by focusing on changing habits.

We need to look at everything we do on Offense... our play calling, our player's decision making, our execution...all need to be improved and it starts by having every member of this team and its staff take a look at themselves and look at habits, tendencies, weaknesses and focus on changing our behaviors to be the football team that we are capable of being.

Time for our leaders to imagine a new team, a new attitude, and then work towards that goal.

We need to focus on breaking bad habits - top to bottom.

Time to put the coaching into question...the players can't be this bad...can they??
WOW!! I'm really worried about our defense. They look like a practice squad.
This is on the entire team and coaching staff...

They were all pathetic.
