I feel like our recent (few decades) track record has sucked, but I do like the concept of America being the liberator/savior. We've severly tarnished that reputation though. When I was a kid going to the Orange Bowl, it was a ton of fun. The move to the Dolphins stadium absolutely nuked the atmosphere and the fandom. It made it easier for me to like my moms team more (LSU).
