As it turns out, "Pax Americana" is unaffordable.
At least, to the USA.
For London/NATO, bankrupting the US is going to hurt some, but they will find a way to soldier on.
The US is not supposed to have a choice in the matter.

So, Belgium was afraid that they might be on the hook for seizing the Russian asset and would not go any further unless other members of the EU would join them.
Surprisingly, there were no takers...
No WW3 to cover for Europe going bankrupt.
This seizure was a sure thing with some countries, ie Bank of England, already taking loans out to bankroll Ukrainian theft.
I guess as long as it was someone else's monies, it was all golden.
We have to get the F out of NATO.

In due time, maybe the end of Vance's second term, we may finally be able to end the FED.
There is a reason why we just can't eliminate all the fraud all at once like Elon wanted to do. It would have put the whole economy in the tank.
It has to be done gradually. Years in fact.

So this idea that Ukraine is going to get a peace negotiation where they are able to keep all of their territory is wishful thinking.
Russia is in the driver's seat and is going for a grind it out type conflict. They historically have done pretty well in those types of conflicts.
Europe is going to keep fighting to the last Ukrainian.

None of this is new. And there are player with financial resources that we cannot imagine.
The amount of monies that Europe is holding that is Russia's is not Billions, but hundred of Billions.

Now there are enormous holdings on the offshore Cayman markets.

Very good adaptation of McCarthy's work.
Glad they left out the BBQ scene.
I am still blown away that Oprah made this a book for her book club.
And she got to have the rare McCarthy interview for her show.
Josh Brolin talks about becoming friends with McCarthy in real life and spending time together. Worth watching if you get a chance.
I believe that BM will get made and it will be this director that does it.
