Check out this online football simulator
I've tried many online sports games, and this is the most in depth one out there. Basically what you do is you select a coach, then go look for a job. You can be part of a college team staff, or go to the pros and play with the big boys.
The recruiting is my favorite part, which is very in depth and takes time to learn. There are literally hundreds of college prospects to go out and compete with other schools for.
On top of that, you create plays with their special play creation program. You can develop players through practices, weightlifting, and cardio. And you can also live play call during your games.
If y'all wanna come to A&M and help me build a dynasty, c'mon over. I've been playing a while now, so I can help you with and questions you may have.

there's only one recruit Kliff really had a huge impact on, and thats QB Kenny Hill. He's the only one that could switch to Tech at this point.

well I have heard Griffin has increased his chances to qualify somehow. But this is odd because 247 reported way back that he needed to enroll in summer classes to even have a chance and he never enrolled.
