Yes, you got me!
My overweightness and diabetes caused my arches to expand to unexpected levels.

I just wish I had an arch. Been flatfooted all my life and now, at age 73 it has really started giving me troubles. After years of running in my younger days, combined with the flat feet, I've now got some pretty bad issues with my ankles and have already had 2 surgeries on my right one and it's looking like I may need one on the left before too long.
With flat feet, the ankle joint takes more of a beating and between cartilage breaking down, bones not quite aligned right and onset arthritis, it's a PITA to deal with.
Was hoping a flat footer would chime in here.
Too bad no one here is brave enough to post their feet pics here.

I’ve got high arches… finding footwear that’s comfy is hard.
Best thing I found was some Walmart Earth Shoe sandals- I even wear them in winter.
I recently discovered Cole Haan for dress shoes, and they are the most comfortable shies I have had in years. Sandals are not my forte, but I may give the earth shoes a shot.

Yep. Vacuum once a week...2 days later looks like a murder scene.

Been dealing with a mailbox enclosed in brick where one of the hinges came off and couldn't be repaired. Not wanting to try and remove the mailbox from the brick, I found a really good, and simple solution. Extremely easy to install and looks/works great!

Have a Shih Tzu that has always had a small issue marking his territory in the house, but not a big deal since it's been small amounts, and usually in a place that can be cleaned easily. It's gotten a little worse over the past year, but again, not constant. Wife had enough and started buying these doggy diapers. Seems to be a pretty good solution. We bought several and wash them once a week.

Great flick from 2022 starring Bryan Cranston and Annette Benning. Nothing shiny, new or splosions…just a nice solid movie.
Watched it tonight for the first time.

Finished it a couple days ago. I went back and forth between liking it, and being entertained, but also feeling like I was watching a Hallmark series at times. Overall entertaining, but nothing earth shattering.
The last twist was unnecessary, IMO.
