Look at Aggie hitters compared to ours. They look like athletes. Half our lineup looks like rec league players. Something is off with the type of guys he brought in this year.
The hitting is a huge problem. Aggie pitching is mid at best and we can’t do shite. We haven’t done shite against any Friday guys really. Jay missed on almost every portal player. Hes supposed to be a great hitting coach and almost nobody is improving. Brown will be hitting under .300 before the season ends.

More so that we can’t hit Aggie pitching that hasn’t been very good in conference. We know they can hit. Our guys can’t hit remotely decent pitching at all.

Situational hitting isn’t a skill. Hitting in general is. This team doesn’t hit good pitching very well overall. Jay left Evans in too long. Hes been hanging pitches and they were sitting on it.
Don’t have favorites. I love them differently. My older one (9) is an angel and listens and has a huge heart. My younger one (almost 5) is stubborn as shite but very affectionate. Both girls. The younger one is much more challenging but she’s constant entertainment. The older one is easy and a blessing with her younger sister.
I watched it outside by the pool in the pretty weather so there was a little positive in that regard. The team is very flawed and isn’t viable for a run this year. Is what it is.

He’s better then half the dudes at least in our lineup[/quote]
Hes not a very good hitter at all. We just notice him when he plays us bc of his name.

He’s been butt mud today for sure. 3 strike outs looking is not a good sign. He needs to take the ball the other way with these floater off speed pitches on the outside.

Brown struck looking for the third fricking time. The first 2 were suspect. The last one was a strike all day. This team is chicken shite that can’t get out of their own way. OM isn’t an elite team, but neither are we. I’d be shocked if they make a regional at this point. Still have to go to Georgia and Miss St.

The same pitch in the same spot is a strike half the time and a ball the other half. Pitcher doesn’t know wtf to do at that point.

Walks kill you. They have 2 hits I think and 4 fricking runs. Us striking out 3 times in a row after a lead off single doesn’t make things any easier.

Ump has been a little inconsistent but he’s striking out batters. Need to plate some runs again. Get this OM pitcher outta here.

Don't forget having to survive Thompson at short during the '23 season

His range was unreal and he had a rifle. He just threw it into the 10th row of the bleachers at times.

His fb and changeup must look exactly the same on the release. He’s covering a lot of the plate with both and that changeup doesn’t move much.
The gameplay was to make ole miss hit strikes bc they strike out a ton and haven’t strung hits together this year. 32 pitches in first inning is not ideal.
On my second set of the original Bowles dumbbells. First set lasted me 15 years or so and survived numerous moves until they finally bit the dust and the dial wouldn’t click onto any weight anymore. New set is from 2020 and I got the stands this time and they work like a charm with zero issues. Takes a few sessions to get used to but it’s not bad. The handles can get slick if you sweat a lot like myself so I wrap them with a little athletic tape and it’s not an issue.

I’ve had bad dislocations before and I’ve finished the game that day too but the real soreness starts the morning after. I wouldn’t expect him back this weekend if it was a bad enough dislocation to turn his foot around, it’s probably so stiff right now that he can’t move it at all

It didn’t turn around facing the wrong way. Rantz was overreacting. He slid kind of late and his ankle/foot flexed forward to where it was basically under his calf almost. Still probably hurt like hell and I would imagine is very sore today.
Reportedly went from 335 to 305. Not a ton of weight being as big as he is but likely some body recomposition as well. More lean muscle mass. Dude looks terrifying in the best way.

They just kept feeding him, too

They kinda had to in the 4th one. Bases juiced and 1 out in extras down by one. Nowhere to put him and you need an out desperately. Gotta throw strikes and the ball looked like a beach ball for him all day. 3 opposite field shots too. Great hitting. Without the errors this game was over in 9. Cowan was very solid again and put up multiple zeros without walking half the lineup.

CTE is a helluva thang

*drugs are a helluva thing. Fixed it for you. Sanchez had multiple drugs in his system including fentanyl. Dude apparently likes to party.
