Ill bet that speed queen doesn't last 20 yrs. Those machines were made very similar in the 80s and were thought of as junk by most in the repair business. after whirlpool shut done that plant a group of investers decided to open it back up to build speed queens again. Everyone elses quality had fallen so far that washers typically have a 7 yr lifespan, the speed queen was a bit better option. Even tho its better than most washers sold today 1 its not gonna last 20 yrs without very expensive repairs 2 Its highly overpriced. Probably should be in the 1000 dollar range instead of 1500.

Although its not true!!! Ive talked to his dad many times and Albert is definitely not an LSU lock. He is looking for the best situation for himself as he should. I hope he ends up in Baton Rouge!
Does Lsu Alexandria, eunice, or Shreveport count? How about the Med Schools in north or south Louisiana do they count?

Cleaned a deer with my grandsons.
My wife had similar issues at 50. After many tests by Drs it was determined she was having complications from previous biaratric surgery. A small procedure by a GI doc fixed the problem. Sometimes the proper diagnosis takes a while.
Can't be any worse than Sloan for sure.
Is it still worse than expected?
Lets see how he responds to this truth!

You cant poor piss outta of a boot with instructions on the hill.
You dont even need a license to drive a farm vehicle.
Pool with an evaporative pool cooler. It will add around 4k to the cost but is efficient and cheap to operate. Your pool will never feel like its warm in summertime.
He was friendly but kinda of eccentric. I would've thought he was worth more than 15 million. He once employed a chef to cook all of his meals fulltime which also lived at his residence. He also had a male and female maid/butler for the same time frame but they reported for work around 7. The big house1 in dry creek had a helo pad build so he could be evacuated in a medical emergency. His family once owned most of Powell Lumber and Farmers Rice Mill/ Agri-electric per Mr Noland. I would have thought he was worth in the 50 to 100 mil range. I think he had a brother that was lost at sea on a large private yacht.
