But, why is that America's responsibility? And how will we re-coop the money spent?

Gonzaga up 6-1 on OU in 9th

2-7 Gonzaga is taking it to the same OU that was scoring 20 runs per game.

Maybe we should settle down bit with panicking about Jay's team

There is a literal act of congress that prohibits the US from selling F-22s to even our closest allies, and we all know that we're selling F-35s to basically everyone.

Those are export variants. The avionics are modified and some of the higher end technology is removed.

They are 2 totally different platforms. The F-35 is a multi-role platform. It can perform deep strike, SEAD (suppression of enemy defenses), escort, etc. It also has an AF, Marine and navy variant.

The F-22 is primarily a fighter.

It's not an either or discussion.

You can shite on the US MIC all you want, but compared to anybody else it’s not even close.

Yes, the F-35 is great.

But as said it really takes:
1.) great intel provided by Israel
2.) great technology provided by US
3.) great training provided by US
4.) fantastic operations, logistics, and execution by US and Israel

Even if another country like Russia or China has similar tech, they still have to have training, operations, logistics, and execution to carry it out. It’s clear they aren’t close in those regards

Our ability to integrate from kinetics to non-kinetic (ie cyber and electronic warfare, space), technology, training, combined arms, logistics is unparalleled. China is the only nation that "on paper" matches us technologically although they don't have a blue water navy yet, but will soon. The big difference is they aren't battle tested, so who knows how they will operate in a large scale conflict.

The game changer in all of it is AI and more importantly quantum computing. Whoever reaches full quantum capability and integration becomes nearly impossible to defeat.
That warrant officer will soon have a warrant for his arrest.
What century did you wake up in?

The Shah lost power during the1979 Iranian revolution.

One thing is for sure. The ball is not carrying tonight. Stick with small ball and get guys on base.
Ok, here we go. Let's take it here!
If they'd stop trying to launch the ball and just get hits we'd be ahead.
Perkins' athletic ability is undeniable. That being said, I find it hard to believe that a defensive staff with Peoples (considered one of the better pass rush coaches in CFB), Raymond and led by Baker who specializes in LB play didn't do everything possible to get the best out of Perk.

He flashed talent this last season, but also ran himself out of plays, had issues with consistent effort and was washed out of lanes. For his sake, I hope he lands somewhere that can find the right fit for his skillset and he can stay focused.

I feel like LSU will be a team to watch if this comes to fruition.

Hopefully not for the wrong reason. Just when we built talent and depth, kids are going to start looking at where they are on the depth chart and consider whether another school offers a faster path to start.
Not so fun fact: Kelly is the only LSU coach to lose to aggie twice this century.
It’s last year’s Northwestern game all over again
It feels like that 23 season was a long, long time ago.
The 23 team won the CWS without Skenes pitching in the 3 games with UF in the finals. They also played a much better Wake and UF team vs Tenn playing Aggie and UNC. The UF blowout was Jay setting up for the final game which was 18-4. Tenn won their final 6-5.

What caught my attention was an interview where he said he’s been going to LSU games since he was 3 years old and would consider a PWO to LSU over his FBS scholarship offers.

Maybe he's a kid that can sit on the roster and develop then. If he's a 1st team all-state in TX, he has to have potential.
Kent St will be interesting to follow. They finished 38-17 last season but didn't make the regionals. Starting off with a solid effort vs LSU and taking 2 of 3 @Tenn bodes well for them.

D1 Baseball rankings are out

1 UCLA 6-1 1
2 LSU 8-0 2
3 Texas 7-0 3
4 Mississippi State 8-0 4
5 Georgia Tech 8-0 5
6 Arkansas 6-1 8
7 Auburn 6-1 9
8 North Carolina 6-1-1 10
9 Coastal Carolina 5-2 6
10 Florida 7-1 12
11 Georgia 6-1 14
12 Southern Miss 6-1 20
13 Oklahoma 7-0 21
14 NC State 5-1 17
15 Clemson 7-0 19
16 Wake Forest 6-1 22
17 Miami 9-0 23
18 TCU 2-5 7
19 Oregon State 4-3 11
20 Tennessee 5-2 13
21 FSU 4-2 16
22 Kentucky 5-2 18
23 Texas A&M 7-0 24
24 West Virginia 5-1 25
25 Ole Miss 8-0 NR
Dropped Out: Louisville (15)

Couple interesting observations:
-6 SEC teams in Top 10 and 12 in Top 25
-Only 4 teams in Top 12 remain undefeated and 9 in Top 25
-OU was the biggest riser from 21st to 13th

All very early and doesn't mean much at this point, but I'm always curious to watch which teams stay undefeated the longest. The real season doesn't start until league play.

What's impressive about it is this team is being extremely patient at the plate. Taking walks, working counts, playing small ball and hitting bombs. There's a tendency to try to get the "big hit" against lesser teams and so far this team has shown great plate discipline.
yep. Tenner is unravelling.
