I've got a pair of Thorogood 6" Crazy Horse Moc Toe in steel toe and non safety toe under my desk right now and hate putting them on, they are so heavy and uncomfortable compared to the Danner's.
I've not worn the Danner's, but I much prefer my non steel toe thorogoods to my steel toe thorogoods. I remember comparing the weight of the thorogoods to his wolverine 1000 miles with another OBer in SoDak and the thorogoods felt like they were half the weight.

All of the weight is in the sole. I had the soft wedge sole, when I got them resoled after 1000+ miles of upland hunting and local camp work days I got a different sole and I don't care for them as much but I just need to go back to the other sole. My steel toes are the max wear with is a much denser and heavier sole.

Haven't seen Blackened Brew mentioned. A bit on the pricy side but has been good every time we've gone in the last year or two.

A quick search says 3/4-1cup/40lbs.

I'm assuming this would work for raccoons as well.

Closer to Canes sauce than Big Mac sauce, a little spicy, but not hot

:rotflmao: I was at or just getting off work, but yes my boy's team played them that evening.

I was fortunate to be able to access their stream and watch some of it, due to ours being down, might be a newer feature through GC. Was confused when it cut to the outfield and down the sidelines, and was wondering what going on. My wife sent pictures of the starlink and multiple cameras. I'm not hating on it, I would never do it myself, because after helping coach the last few years, I just want to watch the game . I wouldn't be mad if there was a parent willing to do it for our team, but it won't be me.

Those magnetic mounts are definitely something I will get when I get around to purchasing.

The zoom on the Mevo does suck, but you will see the whole field from behind the plate. I would imagine there has to be cameras out there that can zoom and follow the ball on hits. If your iphone can follow the ball for basketball and soccer via the Gamechanger app, there's got to be something like that for baseball as well.
I have not found anything with the ability to follow a baseball off a hit or throw. I would imagine it would be difficult to keep in focus moving around from behind the backstop. I’m not looking for ESPN coverage or production, but I do enjoy being able to keep up with his at bats and some minimal defense when I’m not there and I know my parents, in-laws, and other families do as well.
The Mevo is currently sold out in singles where I have looked, so I found reviews on the Nearstream. The big take away between the different cameras in what I saw was the interface between multiple cameras, which I will not be doing. The optical zoom was said to be much better than the Mevo and should allow for the difference in backstops between each venue without losing too much clarity.

The use for the hotspot in my case is I have no interest in sitting behind the backstop and listening to the other parents when I am there. Plan was to bring an old iPad that is WiFi only to use for streaming to GameChanger, and I can go back down the line or in the outfield out of earshot, as well as allow my wife to do the same when I am at work. This will also keep my phone battery from dying as quickly.
The worst cooked thing I've ever smelled in my life was a goo in a courtbouillon someone made at work. It may have been bad fish that wasn't taken care of the right way, but that's something that has stuck with me and I'm not trying it now.
Apologies if this has been covered or in the wrong spot, did not find anything in the search.

My oldest plays travel baseball, for the past 3 years another parent has been streaming the games through GameChanger using a phone, that parent is no longer part of the team. It was ok using the phone, but often ran into issues. As someone who works weekends, streaming is awesome for me, but also grandparents who that don't want or need to spend 2 days at a ballpark way too many weekends a year. This past weekend the parent who attempted to stream the games could not keep the phone from overheating longer than 20 minutes if the sun was up, and that was late February early March.

This past weekend an opposing parent had 4-5 cameras, with starlink wifi, travel routers, a portable power station and a laptop to switch between cameras. As impressive as it is, I have no interest in dealing with that, and when I'm working, no one else would go through that.

I would like to buy a single camera, to mount/set behind home plate and whatever else we need to connect to GameChanger to reliably stream 3-5 games a weekend, twice a month, from now until early June. Youtube research is leaning more towards the multi camera setup, so it's hard to separate between what is minimal, optimal, and overkill.

I am currently leaning towards the NearStream VM33 or VM46 with a dedicated hotspot, due to the optical zoom over digital zoom in the Logitech Mevo Start. Is this a good option? Are there other cameras to consider?

My mother-in-law has two hives down near our driveway. We live on an acre adjoining them. I cut mine this past week, but left about 2.5 acres uncut that is full of clovers and other wildflowers. We will cut the grass around the clover patches until mid April or cut every other patch. We throw wildflower seeds around the garden, near the hives, and at the base of some of the trees. I used to care way more about the appearance of my yard when it was smaller but it is too much work at this point, and I'm happy to just get it knocked down once a week. I minimize how much spray I use around the place as well.

Drink some unsweet tea or cold brew, I dont know about adding coke or making an old fashioned with it but it should work.

The Big Mac always seems overrated. Who needs another piece of bread? And the special sauce wasn’t special.
The Big Mac has remained pretty much unchanged since the late 60s. Putting thousand island salad dressing and an extra bun on a burger in the 60s was pretty special. It may not be everyone's favorite but it is the most recognizable burger for the largest or second largest fast food chain in the world since the 70s, and still sells today.

With that said, you could always get a single or a double quarter pounder with cheese and add Mac sauce, and it's definitely better, so the Big Arch would naturally be better than the Big Mac

I remember getting it at WinnDixie in Prairieville over 5 years ago, got rid of our Costco membership since then, and recently have seen it elsewhere. When I first got it, it reminded me of Pizza Hut pan pizza, now its like DiGiorno
Motor City isn't as good as it was a year or two, possibly more, ago
Table87 used to be my favorite, when my local Rouse's still carried them, have not come across them lately.

They now carry Katie's which is close but not quite as good.

In terms of regular frozen pizzas, Screamin Sicillian has become the go to at the house. California Pizza Kitchen and Newmans Own are above average. I feel like the frozen pizza aisle shouldn't change nearly as much as it does.
Fried fish as long as its not soggy is almost equally as good at room temp as it is straight from the grease.

Where did you get yours?
I don't personally have it. It is zone 2-7, but research says it can grow in zone 8B. OP did not give a zone.
I'll gladly take a Philly, California, or any of the signature/chef's rolls at a sushi place, but won't get it at a Chinese restaurant or at a grocery store where you can swap propane tanks, if that counts as snobby.
