A buddy of mine got sticker shield off of Amazon (I think). It keeps sticker adhesive off of the tint.

We have a group of friends headed there this fall as well. Would y’all fly into Lexington or Louisville? Or would y’all recommend to fly into one and out of the other? We definitely want to hit Buffalo Trace on our trip. TIA

Met him a few times on recruiting trips and sat through a presentation of his offensive breakdowns. Extremely bright and very personable. Was very excited when I saw the reports of him joining the staff.

Flat Bench 10-7-5
Bent Rows 3 x 10
Incline Bench 3 x 5
Pull ups (I suck, so I use chin-up assist machine)
Decline Bench 3 x 5
High Pulls
Flys and Reverse flys on machine

I don't have a real plan, probably should sit down with someone and see what I should be doing...

For me, I just turned 43 and had my whole life turned upside down. Got divorced, changed jobs and then remarried... Definitely agree with the post on trying to relax every evening. My new wife and I try and do that everyday and it has been amazing... Really able to connect with the people around me more now and get out and enjoy life... I'm such a terrible golfer that I'm not sure I could relax doing that!
