I thought Corbin did dang well to make the yardage he did; seemed like a bunch of times he got an extra 3-4 yards over what was blocked.

Spiller had more space (and they were willing to let us run), Corbin made some incredible runs to make 2-3 because it was a circus.

I’m hopeful this is a case where the guy jumps out to the coaches regardless of size and they feel like they have to offer. I have seen plenty of cases where a smaller guy actually has twice the pop and/or speed but gets overlooked.

Plus the word that the staff are looking to him be a hybrid LB/S type. Idk I just tend to appreciate the gamers over athletes- when people are both it’s unbelievable.

This. And then to intentionally release film from closed practices while making racist comments? I get where you are coming from boxer, but this started with multiple acts by the kid and his parents to transfer to the program of our recently fired coach. He didn't just burn bridges, he tried to burn other things down along the way and it caught up to him.

In general I also hate the back pedal, but if there's a position in Texas that I'm good with us not killing it would be WR. Seems like it's a pretty deep position in state typically and also a position that a good system and discipline can help along.

That said, I'd love to get those two back in the fold.

Not to take away from Bama, they have played great, but it isn't only our top 2/3 scorers- I think Gilder would have been glued to Sexton and disrupted/slowed what y'all have been doing.

Fair play though- y'all have played pretty great.
