re: Kudos to the OL and Coach Cregg

This unit is what I am most proud of this year. They have come to play in each game. Good job big fellas up front. Keep JB safe.
I'd love to see John Gruden come out of the box to lead the Tigers. I believe he has said in the past that he would love to come to LSU
According to his Dad, ND is still in play at this point.

Quite simply just a pitiful comment on many levels

I don't think TQ transfers at this point. I have talked to him on a few occasions and I just don't think it is in his DNA to do it. He is a hard working blue collar kid and will do what he has to do to help the team win. Yea he could transfer and likely see a lot more playing time but I think it's more than that for him. He is a Tiger!

This statement I can understand and agree with for the most part. However, I have to applaud his commitment to the team and desire to get better. Our Tigers need guys like TQ on this team.

You say high school doesn't necessarily translate to college level performance. But you go on to state that Incoming Freshmen that have not played one down in college are better than him. Misplaced logic I think.

TQ didn't drop any passes this year. Didn't get very many thrown his way, but didn't have any drops.
Diarse dropped catchable balls. Time to give TQ his shot again!

Yea I said it.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I nor any other LSU fan was watching the game.

This. Yet another smart arse response to someone trying to give some credit to a player who is doing a good job. People like you really bring a lot of negativity to
this board. Maybe next time just piggy back on his post and add something positive for a change. Just something to consider. Have a great Tiger evening!!
That is some funny shite right there! But yea, our boys looked really good! Even in the 2nd half our D showed a want to play hard and solidified a win against a quality opponent.
BH showed a lot of promise Saturday night. Les brought him along slowly, got an idea as to what he can expect from BH moving forward. I think he feels good about what he saw and we will likely see a few more pass plays called up for him. Can only help LF and DW running.
Yea, we heard that shite about Johnny football too. I think we did pretty damn good against him.
Ok smart guy. What is your definition of top tier? Because all I have to do is watch game film on him and can see that he is top tier.
If you think Beckwith is not top tier you have either lost your mind or you don't have top tier football knowledge.

I will however entertain the thought that playoff level talk may be a little premature.
Sams, transfer from Kansas State last year if I remember correctly
LSU 42 McNeese 13

Les has class, he lets off the throttle in the 4th Qtr.
Yea, watched several of his track meets. TQ has some serious wheels. As much as I differ from TN Bhoy on Quinn I will agree that track speed doesn't necessarily translate to football as some would think. But To TQ's credit, he has already admitted to having trouble getting off the line and creating separation. He said that was something that he has worked hard in the off season to get better at that aspect of the game. If he takes care of business on that he will have a great year.
That was brutal!! Grown man football right there. Looks like he took the big cat drill with him to the NFL!!
Well said! Couldn't agree more. We have been on an amazing run!
Perhaps I should have made my point more clearly. I was referring to 2nd in receptions. Which is pretty darn good considering he was a freshman.

Also, Let me be clear that I think highly of all our receivers. None should be subjected to the negative comments on this board. Comments like what was written previously in this thread about TQ. That he was slow and can't catch. Which is just silly to say. These guys are working their butts off to become the best they can be.

That is all.
The only WR you can make that argument for would be Dural.

TQ was the 2nd leading receiver on the team. Nobody was questioning his skill set prior to dropping some passes in the Bama game.

How about giving him the benefit of the doubt right now and let's see how he does this year with the touches he gets.
I hear you. Been there done that. Kinda ruins your day.

That is why I have love for TQ. Heart of a Tiger and the will to improve to be a champion. How some on this board say the things they do about TQ I'll never understand. Hell that goes for any of our players for that matter.
Can't disagree with their thoughts on this either. I can't seem to muster up a whole lot of worry about either of those two teams when it's time for our Tigers to take the field against them.

I'll probably get some disagreements on this one. But my worry game is Arkansas. We'll see as the year goes on how we stand against the run. We get that squared away and my worry will be for not.
Agreed. That is what catches my ear. For him to flip and say these things really gets me excited about what we may all get to witness this year. Hopefully something that I will find myself talking about to my grand kids years from now. I think we are poised to see something special happen this year!
That read really got my juices flowing! I bet my statement gets taken completely out of context on this board. Oh well, so be it.

I love my Tigers and won't apologize for it. Let's kick some serious arse this year fellas!!
