He who represents himself has a fool for a client.

Justin Thomas probably donated half of Alabama men’s golf “revenue.” I know in December he contributed $1 million to the program and the Crimson Reserve practice facility.

They also have the swinging elephant club that has exclusive merch for members. It's pretty cool to me and one of the things I contribute towards. No idea if that is part of this calculation (I assume so).

Not surprised - need to start paying for them crawfish.

Better question would be how does a HC coach with no playoff wins and no power 5 conference championships rank ahead of coaches with multiple playoff wins and power 5 conference championships?

Social media presence and ability to give media members something talk about is far more important than actual coaching success.

38-3 loss in a playoff game?? Really??

The problem for LSU though is they aren't Indiana.. They are LSU

This is my absolute favorite cope from Auburn fans from that season. Bring a smile to my face every time.

2 of the 3 have something in common........and coaching at Alabama isn't the something.

Kalen and Les have never lost to LSU...
Proctor did not move anyone all year. Not saying he won’t be drafted high because of his measurables but he was hardly a dominate lineman and was pretty inconsistent at tackle. He will probably end up a guard in the league.

You can moral victory that game all you want. LSU was the better team.

And Bama is the better program - give that a rest.

The problem with your logic is that was Bama's best team ever. You will say of course, no that was 2020 during covid when everyone was at their best. No buddy.....It was the same team

I actually believe 2009 was our best team, but I'm biased because I was in school there for that team. But, 2019 and 2020 were not the same teams - truly an idiotic statement.

But the point remains the same - Bama will more often than not dominate LSU as the better program. Occasionally, LSU will get a 1 point overtime win, or with a generational football team, a 5 point win. But more often than not, as history shows, LSU will have double digit loses and need to live vicariously through a Vanderbilt or an Indiana in order to have something to gloat over.
LSU has always struggled against Bama and always will. Don't forget their "best" team to ever exist, a "generational" team only beat Bama by 5.

bama has a lot more to worry about with Kalen DeFour.

Yet LSU can't manage to keep their loses to him in single digits. Sad.

This kind of shite is a bad look, even if what he's saying is the truth.

A bad look is a team that gets beat by 35 and quit in the Rose Bowl.

If we have players that see something like that and get pissed off and have this whole "woe is me" self pity crap, then we want them gone anyway. Saban's one voice approach worked because he would lay down the law.

DeBoer, at least to the media, basically said there's a fine line between being at the top and getting kicked in the teeth by 35. I am hopeful his message to the team and the expectations are different. Based on the current exodus, and what former players are saying about those leaving, I am optimistic we are letting some cats go in place of more dogs.

We have a terrible scheme and thats why players are leaving.

Please... Most of these guys only care about $. They are going to see who will pay them more.

They are tumbling down the mountain and will pitch a fit firing coach after coach chasing the unattainable

Na. We have seen Auburn try that and what a dumpster fire they turned into. Thanks for the case study.

Imagine being in the playoffs after playing the toughest schedule in the nation, and still feeling this bad about your team (assuming you are a legit fan and not a troll).

Bama just went on the road in the playoffs, got down 17 against a team that has given you trouble in prior meetings, and still had enough character as a team to pull it together and get a double digit win.

And you think "what does DeBoer bring to the table?" is a legitimate question?

Also, two of the top programs in the country have basically given him blank checks to coach their football programs. Considering that, and where the team currently is in year 2 should be enough for you to think twice about posting this garbage. Shoot, if you thought once you wouldn't have posted it.

Not great for our passing

I could maybe see this if we really relied on deep throws, but I'm not thinking that amount of wind is all that material on our passing offense which is more short to intermediate throws.
Feeling ok, but not great. Statistically, we had a good game against OU last time and had a few catastrophic plays that really ended up costing us with turnovers and special teams coverage. Hoping we can avoid those and perhaps even get a few of our own.

But, they are now at home and healthier. Think it is going to be a brawl and that probably leans in their favor stylistically. Hoping we can get out to an early lead and put some stress on their offense to have to press.

Agree with the guy calling out Deboer and this board is full of sunshine pumpers

Then give him an upvote and quit making stupid threads.

he’s not at Ole Miss anymore

So a coach that doesn't beat us at a program that doesn't beat us... got it.
