Got through 45/66 but almost ate it for the first 3 or 4 box jumps in the second round of em
Dewalt with battery or dewalt drill with battery for screws
Look up PEACE & LOVE vs RICE for a tire injuries.

It’s a lot more nuanced than the above, buts it’s a good start. From the rehab side of thing there is a lot I can help you with after a formal evaluation.

If you need want help what’s your email?
Sleep better by improving your sleep hygiene.
1. Set the thermostat between 65-68
2. No tv, tablets, or phones before bed. Read a book, pray, journal, etc. but lay off the devices 1-2 hours before getting in bed.
3. Go to sleep at the same time or as close to it as possible.
4. Wake up around the same time every day. Help your body establish a steady schedule and rhythm. We do not “catch up on sleep”
5. At least 6 but preferably 8-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night
6. The bed is for sleep and sex and nothing more
7. Avoid caffeine roughly 9 hours prior to bedtime
Stop using ice.

Start sleeping better. Go to bed a the same time every night. Wake up at the same time every morning. Reduce screen time before bed. Reduce caffeine intake in the pm hours. Reduce inflammatory foods and added sugars

Increase exercises and work on the muscles in and around your back
Busy link out of Crowley always does a boil in Boston every year. Him and is boys drive up there and show ‘em how to have a good time

As someone who works with this patient population in both hospitals and outpatient, anterior approach is the way to go.
Where are you located at?

Call around and find a clinic that actually uses gym equipment and not just shitty mat exercises.

Go look at the clinic you are interested in to see if they are setup well, squat rack, bars, plates, etc

You can also look up a fitness forward PT on Barbell Rehab’s site and/ or The Institute Clinical Excellence’s site. Both group advocate for staying active and not avoiding exercise
Sounds like cervical radiculopathy with a median nerve bias. Your neurologist will suggest bilateral carpal tunnel surgery but it won’t help in the long term
Power building 2 from the BBM guys
Give Josh at Greenscape Design a call. We have had him do a handful of projects for us and we have been overly pleased with the quality of work every time

Every time I see a tunnel pop up I use poison peanuts every 10-12” of the tunnel. Over the past couple of years the number of tunnels have decreased as long o stay on top of them.
Not penthouse but I used to work with Kenzie Parker
RICE & PRICE have been debunked in recents years for acute injuries.

I recommend some PEACE & LOVE to all of patients and have noticed faster returns to normal since doing so.

P = Protect (avoid movements that increase pain symptoms)
E = Elevate the limb above heart level as much as possible
A = Avoid anti-inflammatory lies as they slow down healing time. Avoid ice
C = Compress with a with an ace bandage or taping
E = Education Your body knows best. Avoid unnecessary passive treatments or medical intervention and let nature play its role

L = Load let pain be your guide as progress back to normal
O = Optimism stay positive about your injury/ recovery
V = Vascularization find non aggravating ways to elevate your heart rate and increase blood flow and filtering the inflammatory response to the injury through your kidneys
E = Exercise

Sarah Shaw Photography has done them for a few friends recently and they all are very happy with how their pictures turned out. She has taken our family pictures for the past 5 Christmas’s. It has always been an easy shoot and very reasonable prices

I was able to coach during his last year before he passed. Randy was running the program but Mr. Bob was driving around in his golf cart.

Was honestly one of the most enjoyable experiences while in undergrad. By the time I finished coaching Mr. Randy’s oldest east QB at Tara and we always end up competing against each other with the older kids.
Have you tried shockwave therapy? I know a couple people who got good results using it
It was only $150 a session at Moreau near Alexander’s
