Jarell was higher rated

Martin was very highly rated coming out of high school, but I feel like that had a lot to do with potential and freaky athleticism more than his actual ability in high school. I mean he only played two years of high school basketball and was playing for madison prep, at the time a class B school in Louisiana which isn't the most competitive high school ball out there.

20. Other Hours • The hours between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. each weekday, all day Saturday and Sunday, and holidays when University offices are closed are not hours of zone parking. However, a parking permit is required at all hours on weekdays (day and night). After the hours of zone parking, a parking permit must be properly displayed to avoid receiving an unregistered ticket.

from the parking website

How could you possibly not know about getting a permit for your vehicle? There are signs EVERYWHERE on campus. And I'm fairly certain they force you to pick a parking plan for the year every fall.

Well i live right on the bus stop so i just take the bus everyday. That's why i didn't get one.

And the only reason i was driving to campus was to help a friend out with a flat tire
That's what i thought as well. But they must have changed things because i went to their website after i got the ticket and it says you need one at all times to park on campus.

Also the car is registered in my parents name.

I am a student but I don't ever drive to campus except for last night. And I don't have any kind of permit registered to my vehicle at all
Last night I was given a parking ticket for having an unregistered vehicle parked on campus. I was pretty pissed since the ticket is $100 and I had no idea that was even a rule. I have been trying to decide how to go about handling this so I started going through some old threads on here. They have good advice, but they are all from a few years ago.
So I was wondering if anyone had some recent experiences with appealing tickets/getting an unregistered vehicle violation removed.
I'm still in school and will need to start looking for a full-time position in the next year or so. So far I've already done two internships and hoping to get another one this summer, do y'all feel like i could use this experience to negotiate for a higher salary and if so how would I go about doing it?

Recommendations for Physical Therapy

Just got back from the Doctor and he told me I need to get physical therapy for my shoulder.
I was wondering if anybody knows about a good physical therapist in the baton rouge area.
