The longer you wait the worse it is. 3 year old will be fine.

I got mine taken out 2 years ago at 37. It was pretty awful, lost 30 lbs. Missed 3 weeks of work.
Always liked him, he at least doesn't hide that he has issues. Is what it is, move on. Better than the majority of Hollywood in my book.

Love his movies too.

My pinnacle dad joke, it's all down hill from here.

At our old house when our kids were younger, we would make coffee on Saturday mornings and sit in our bed watching TV with the kids. We would be lazy and watch BattleBots or something together.

One morning, a commercial for a sparkling water came on, it was some random brand that decided they wanted in the sparkling water game.

Wife goes, "wow, everyone is making a sparkling water these days"

I responded, "would you say the sparkling water market is....saturated."

Just nailed it. But in all seriousness, we do dad joke Wednesday at my house. Dinner, morning, whenever someone remembers we bust out the dad jokes. I leave notes in my wife/kids lunch with the jokes some Wednesdays.

I played ball with a fluffy first baseman, he could do a full split in his stretch. It was a sight to behold, saved many a throw with that big man split.

Congrats, I plan on sailing into the sunset at 50. One year to go.

Hopefully a viking burial.

aging slowly is benefitting me now

My 11 year old daughter has the age slow gene from me. It's odd, I definitely have the age slow, I was still losing baby teeth going into 8th grade. My wife was the age quick one.

Older daughter favors wife, ages slow
Middle daughter favors me, ages fast

11 year old is rock solid. She's like 4'8-4'10 and 115 lbs, strong as shite for her size and crazy athletic.

I mean, yes but it was never flamboyant.

The funny part is my daughter would love something like this but it's all for the "dudes" now. There was a sprinkle birthday cake glove.....gay
Off today and was out shopping with the wife and daughter(off school today).

Looking through the baseball and softball section, all the boys stuff is miami vice or homo colored everything. Ice cream pants, shorts, etc.

The girls section is just normal arse colors. My daughter was even making fun of the boys at school, saying if a girl were to wear stuff like ice cream drip the boys would make fun of them.

Why is it so homo these days?
I'm with you bro, I just bought an RV, I should be able to write that off since we will use it for travel tournaments.

He’s paid a salary to be available on Monday. Even if not in a critical role, he is an employee and critical to some project or task he is working on. Calling in sick lets his team and everyone around him down.

As usually you're a fricking moron. His benefit package also includes PTO/sick time. If he is within his balance for those then you can't do shite and no you didn't put someone on PIP for calling in multiple Mondays. HR would decline that in a heartbeat unless they had burned through all of their days.
Sort of unrelated but 90s and missing beer made me remember magic hat #9, miss that one

Better to start with gummys (look for 10:10 - 10 mg THC/10 mg CDB), cut it in quarters and take one every 45 minutes to an hour to see how it effects you.

We got some 5mg drinks. Wife has had 2, said she feels a little. We have a tolerance for alcohol of course. I have used anything THC since smoking weed 20 years ago. Wife has anxiety and has tried various gummies to help, a couple have damn near made her spirit leave

When you can pop a Delta 9 gummy, get a better buzz, sleep better, wake up refreshed/no hangover all for $1, why drink?

Bought some delta 9 drinks for the first time. Gonna have a test run with them. I was working on my truck today so beer was had and is still being had. Maybe tomorrow.

They are also expensive as shite, 4 was over 20 bucks.

Tell me more...I have horrible TMJ, causes massive headaches, earaches, etc to the point of nausea and blurred vision. Feels like my head and face is on fire and going to explode.

I just didn't have the time. I got a 12x20 shed with a loft from H&H delivered for like 7k. Double doors, 2 windows. Built out one side for storage and one side for my tools and woodworking stuff.
