Let’s look at the QBs Miami has faced

A&M game had 30 mph winds meaning the deep passing game was neutralized before Miami’s defense did anything.

Then OSU with a Freshman QB they clearly never trusted all year threw a telegraphed pick 6 that flipped the game.

Has Miami actually played a decent experienced QB all year? DJ Lagway might be the closest. I’m not saying their D isn’t good at all, but I don’t think our offense will be intimidated.

Did you know, Carson Beck only has 2 games all year with 250+ passing yards and 0 INTs? (NCSU and VT)

Meanwhile Chambliss has 9: every game as a starter except LSU, South Carolina, and UF

If it comes down to QB play, clear advantage ole miss.

It’s funny, but I think the winner take all game against Arkansas in the CWS semis felt bigger than the final. Because it was our only elimination game all tournament. Every other game we knew we would get another shot if we lost even the final. Obviously winning it all meant the most, but that was the most electric atmosphere I have ever felt.

Also, we need our next hype video to either be Tim Elko or DeLucia

It is crystal clear Kiffin never believed in this team, and it is why I wanted him out of the building immediately. The feeling of knowing your leader doesn’t believe in you is just devastating for morale.

Back when the Lane saga started, LSU fans were roasting Ole Miss for not letting Lane keep coaching through the playoffs and saying they were totally fine with it on their end. But now they don’t even want position coaches focusing on the playoffs instead of the portal.

Can we all be adults and admit that LSU and Lane either assumed Ole Miss would lose the first round or planned to ditch Ole Miss halfway through giving them no shot of assembling a new staff?

There is just no way LSU fans would be fine with Kiffin being in Oxford instead of portal recruiting. And that is fine! I just want yall to admit the offer was never made in good faith.

South Carolina is a good comp. Last year they had Stewart and Kinnard on the edges but not much else. We have to get the ball out fast, make tacklers miss, and run up the middle to keep safeties honest.

Honestly, Sellers is probably better than Beck and we held him to 3 points. But that was with a stronger DLine. I think if Miami scores less than 24 we win.

In 12 wins, Beck has 25 TDs and 4 INT. In 2 losses, he has 2 TD and 6 INT. I think ole miss D is at least as good as SMU and Louisville.

I think it comes down to pressure. If Beck has to make decisions under pressure he will make mistakes. If not, he will pick us apart.
