He did anything and everything you could want out of an Airman. He had just tested for TSgt and I had a strong feeling he would make rank. Instead of busting him down to SrA and effectively stunting his career for 5 years, I let him know I was redlining his TSgt stripe when results came out. So he still got an Article 15, but his career wouldn't be over. He would be eligible to test for TSgt in 2 more years. Results came out and he made TSgt as I suspected, and I took that stripe away.
