Agree. You should get 4 years of eligibility and a possible redshirt.. All these "hardships" have gotten out of control. Just because you played 2 years of JUCO shouldn't mean you get 4 years of D1. The Diego Pavia scenarios have to stop. What the hell has become of college athletics.

Waivers and unlimited transfers are the result of playing the racist card. How is the ncaa going to deny a transfer if anyone brings up being mistreated because of race? They won’t…thus unlimited transfers. The same argument is being made in limited eligibility waivers. Bring up race…you get your waiver.
