For the people who have never witnessed an entire family killed from a DUI:
1. If a person is over the limit with alcohol and swerves, should they be stopped? What about arrested?
2. If a person is taking controlled pain meds and driving, the swerves and a cop sees them and pulls them over and finds they are high despite having a prescription, should they get arrested?
3. If a cop sees ANYONE swerving for whatever reason and pulls them over and finds illegal drugs and smells that person who smells of said drugs, should they be arrested for ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF OTHERS?
