The LSU coaching staff landed a commitment from class of 2026 offensive lineman Jalan Chapman on Sunday.

Chapman, a 6'3, 275-pound interior lineman from New Orleans, La. (Warren Easton), picked the Tigers over offers from Alabama, Oregon, USC and others.

Chapman is LSU's third commitment for the class of 2026.

Smart to get in early and commit. Seems like it’s getting to the point where a kid will need to be at least a 4 star if not a 5 star just to get a place in the trenches at LSU.
