These are professional baseball players and that ball was 6 inches or more off the plate. Not a close pitch at that high of a level. This isn’t 7 year olds afraid to swing the bat. This is a disciplined hitting who gets paid millions of dollars a year to hit balls thrown over the plate and take pitches that aren’t strikes. It was a bad call by the ump
