It appears that plenty of people have tried to help him, but he has to help himself as well. Even Mark Cuban took him off the streets, paid for his rehab, and gave him a place to live. He went back to the streets.

I genuinely feel sorry for this guys soul. He's obviously hooked on drugs and can't shake it. It's sad he's going to die very young because of it. Literally had everything money could buy but couldn't buy happiness except for when he's on drugs. Damn.
