Definitely the worst of the lot. All the relationship drama just gets irritating.
Umbridge is the best villain in the franchise though. OotP should have been about 300 pages shorter than it was. I think JKR herself admits this and saying her writing got a bit out of control. If she kept up that acceleration, DH would be 1,500 pages long. It should be somewhere in length between PoA and GoF. I think the movie did a good job editing it down.

I've only seen the movies, but isn't HBP considered the worst movie? And why? I vaguely recall when one of the films came out it wasn't very faithful with the book, apparently whiffing on the books themes. I'm not exactly sure what film it was.
The problem is they focused on dumb bullshite like the relationships when that was irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. Plus there’s an idiotic scene where the Death Eaters get completely shitfaced on Christmas and go to the Burrow just to frick with the Weasleys even burning their house down… which makes no fricking sense because if they can get there, why doesn’t Voldemort just turn up and kill Harry himself?
Honestly Ron and Hermione should have been sidelined for a movie and kept the film directly focused on Harry, Dumbledore, Draco, and Snape as well as Voldemort’s backstory. To be fair they did a good job on Draco, but shite the bed on everything else. I think if they wrote and shot the final three films simultaneously they probably would have avoided most of these errors realizing Ron and Lavender is completely irrelevant to the story moving forward.

Spin off thread,
Is the new Dune movie going to piss me off as much as the first one? They butchered a masterpiece of a book.

I think this. I believe the books took a great turn with Azkaban. HBP from a pure literary standpoint is next level. But the movie for Azkaban is fantastic and probably superior.

I remember loving HBP, and being so disappointed when the movie came out. They got everything that made the book great wrong.
I know Order is most people's least favorite, but it holds a special place for me. It came out when I was working at a shitty finance company, and we were in the middle of a ball busting audit. The auditor - this bulldog bitch from hell - reminded us of Umbridge. So much so, that whenever she was around me and the admin would go "hem hem" to each other from across the office. Once we explained what we were doing to the rest of the staff, they joined in.
She was around us for weeks (the audit revealed that the branch manager was stealing, so that brought all kinds of hell upon the branch), and she was getting annoyed by the sounds of us clearing our throats. "What is wrong with you people? Do you all have colds or something? I'm trying to do a job here, and you people won't stop clearing your throats and distracting me."

Did you tell her? You know you must not tell a lie.
