The Strange Death of Europe

Has anybody read this? Just ordered it off Amazon. Don't usually do political books but as someone really disheartened with what's going on in Europe I'm interested in what he has to say.
I love history books though and I fear this may fall into that category one day when we look back at what happened to the Old Continent.

On my list too. Check out Civilisation by Niall Ferguson as well if you are interested in the decline of Western Civlization.

Also check out the works of:
Paul Johnson, especially Modern Times
Victor Davis Hanson, especially Mexifornia
I've never read the next book but it has quite a cult following:

After reading the synopsis of that one, it seems to be frighteningly prophetic.

Yea, it's happening right in front of our eyes.

These books would only depress me. I'm not a liberal lunatic who believes hordes of third world immigration magically makes a western country stronger.

Yea I'm worried about that as well but from my perspective the whole thing is so incredibly absurd in that people are willingly letting it happen if not outright encouraging it I want to try and get some perspective of how they can possibly think this is in the best interest of their country and their future.

It's mind boggling. But the Europeans who are so liberal now, they 1) don't believe an invasion is happening, 2) if it is happening, are ok with it Bc all cultures are wonderful and diversity is the paramount goal of any society, 3) are ashamed of their own history and will do anything to atone for the sins of their ancestors.
It's all very depressing to me. "Strange Death" is a great term. It's somewhat suicidal IMO but the ones doing it don't think so at all.

I don't think any of these people are Liberals. They are Progressives or Leftists.
