Did a search but nothing popped up. This book has a really high rating for a book with 125k reviews.
I started it this week and it is promising so far but im only 3 hours into it and the audiobook is 28 hours long.
Im sure there are some fans here though because of the number of reviews for a book thats only 2 years old is pretty high.
Also we need more male writers in the genre. Im fine with female writers but on goodreads the books written by females dominate every yearly award category.

Just because females are dominating random award categories for online awards doesn't mean there aren't tons of good male fantasy authors around, it just means those awards have been infected by stupid female bias like most things these days.
I haven't read this one, but if you haven't read his Licanius trilogy book series it is quite good.

I just finished it.
Overall solid and really enjoyed the ending, looking forward to the second one that looks like it releases (per amazon) in November.

Really liked that one.

I really enjoyed this one. Read it in about a week. It’s a much more violent version of a Hogwarts setting with a lot of mystery from the past.
