I can see it but Les' OCs generally don't get to spread their wings and now Tee would be one that Les could actually get forced out for which means he might tighten the reins even more. And if it goes south the HCIW means nothing.

Yeah, I’d be skeptical if I were Tee. Les’ OC position is where football coaching careers go to die

Why not? Have you been? Beautiful, clean, good people, storied tradition, great facilities, awesome atmosphere, national brand. Les could literally sleep on the job and go 4-2 in the eastern division

He's one of those stuck on this idea that no school would ever want to hire Les Miles because he was that horrible a coach.

Lol @ the downvote. I love Les but facts are facts. He hired 3 OCs while here. All 3 were fired and all their future jobs were lower tier schools and/or positions. Stud has actually worked his way back up a bit to OL coach @ OSU. But Crowton is at SFA & Cameron won’t ever work again. The 4th that worked for him got the hell out before he could ruin him by making a lateral move. Should have known then lol

Tee, you’ve been warned! Lol

e recruited well at lsu, do you really think he will constantly bring in top 10 classes at Tennessee? he surely didn't at ok st

Saul Aunesse. And he even had his son dress at LSU, because that’s just how goddamn respectable and loving Les Miles is! He cares about his players. There’s a reason his players love him. And a reason why, when Les is gone one day, there will be a line blocks and blocks long to pay their respects at his funeral.

He’s been doing it forever. And I don’t think a year and a half of eating City Pork BBQ in Baton Rouge has changed that.

You’re the guy who never got over Saban getting away. You were never able to process that he wanted a crack at the NFL and see where he could go with his Billiceck lineage.

You’re the guy who always blamed Miles’s NC on Nick Saban recruits/ players.

And in your feeble attempt to still unable, after 13-14 years, mentally handle the cognitive dissonance, of your Saban loss, bash a coach, that players admire, respect, and will, LITERALLY, run through a brick wall for, makes you seem petty.

And unfortunately for you, You were never able to truly enjoy that first NC. Nor were you able to enjoy probably the best collegiate football team ever assembled. The 2011 LSU Tigers.

Miles just didn’t recruit at LSU.

He was key in recruiting Saul at Colorado, and had he not died of stomach cancer, would have won a NC at Colorado.

Anyone remember Eric Bienamy? Michael Pritchard?

As for Oklahoma State, Billy Bajema? Tatum Bell? Corey Hilliard (got a New Orleans Jesuit kid to Oklahoma and made him an NFL PLAYER?) Charlie Johnson (Super Bowl Winner?) Sam Mayes?

We all know the COUNTLESS players he put into the NFL at LSU. And he will put more there this Spring.

Now, with possibly close to 100 players that Les coached that made a living in the NFL; you think a single mother in the inner city isn’t going to have the time to listen to this man when it comes to her son? No spot on her couch because she doesn’t like the offense he runs?

Warn “Tee” all you want. But this looks good from the outside looking in. Especially with recruiting. Especially how bad UTk’s former AD fricked this entire situation up from jump street.

I actually feel really really sorry for you.

It appears that he fears Les at UT may go well.

The SEC needs Les back!

Honestly, what a great hire if Tenn could pull it off.

They are saying Wednesday, right? I would guess we get some big updates tomorrow if not today.

Lol, what is all that gibberish? I fully enjoyed Les’ success all while being able to acknowledge that there were problems on the offensive side of the ball FOR HIS ENTIRE TENURE.

But not a single thing in your post has anything to do with what I just said. I never said anything about les’ recruiting, les’ ability to put people in the league, etc. It’s like you responded to a different post.

Same. Today should be an eventful day though because Fulmer is going to NYC tomorrow for Peyton's hall of fame induction iirc

only reason i want les to get it is to save LSU money... he wont win the east with georgia and florida rising.. he can bring chavis back and Tee at USC, he will find a way to frick it up. he doesnt have the talent there like he did at LSU..
