Dabo was a only a position coach Who got hired to head coach and then won a national championship. Through his first two years of being full-time head Coach his record was only 15-12. His record was 4-3 as interim

Thank you. That’s all I was saying.
So if they noticed the mention of Yurich, all of 4 threads here and I can’t imagine much traction on Facebook... they definitely noticed the melt on here, Twitter, the radio, etc. for Ensminger

Why would you assume it was Canada who was misled? No one knows what Canada agreed to before he signed the contract. I think it's fair to assume there's at least an even chance that Canada make promises he didn't or couldn't keep. No one knows & probably never will.

How do you know what kind of search is going on? Just because everyone repeats the gossip they hear online or on the street - or from reporters who are simply repeating the same gossip in hopes of being right thus making a name for themselves- Durant mean it has any basis in fact.
Everything you assert here about the search and in your OP is completely conjecture.
The chaos seen in this search is 100% a result of having a hugely popular online community way bigger than just about any other school.

Literally everything on this entire website is conjecture. That’s a pretty poor argument.
There are posters here who a lot of people think are insiders, and they have stated that public backlash has affected the search.

I thought the binder said we would spend whatever it took to hire the "BEST" coordinators. Everyone is satisfied with our DC Aranda who gets paid a little more than every other DC, but why would we not go after the BEST and BRIGHTEST with our open checkbook?

A good hire was already made, and O made a mess of that.
This new guy comes and his offense sputters, it's going to be the same thing, he's a bum and everything will be put at his doorstep.
I don't know how many times we have to see the same thing before people believe it. What's going on now is the same thing that went on with O at OM. People are making an effort to ignore it though.

I love conjecture. It is great to read everyone’s opinions, hopes etc. You know, like when talking to your buddies over some beers.
Doesn’t mean that I don’t shake my hard when people can’t tell the difference beweeen that and actual, real info. I also like facts and information. Using the collective conjecture in this board and elsewhere to make declarative statements about the competence of individual people or the details of an effort like a coaching search is a reach. To be honest it is unfair to those guys. Look, I’m not at all sure the people in charge are the best ones to do a great job at this. But I’m going to let them actually do.something before I judge.

Not a good sign if our HC is making hires based on what the fans want. Of course, it is a huge reason why he got hired, so I guess I shouldn’t expect any less.
