2 semifinal appearances in the last 4 years with only two D-1 players in the span of those 4 years he is doing more with less.

No offense to Oubre but st Aug doesn’t need some old coach again who has never been a coordinator or HC. St Aug’s best coaches have not been alumni.

Then quit letting the Burns family influence things. Otis and only Otis should be picking the HC for that school.

Yea right lol! Mitch is one of the best coaches in the state and it ain’t close. Nice try!

He’s garbage dude. I know you’re an alum or involved with St Aug in some way, but you need to take those blinders off. With the talent he has had over the years, he should be playing in the ship every year. They are extremely undisciplined and unorganized

part of being a great coach is getting the top talent...

but then you still have to win with it

Otis was on the panel that picked Crutch. The burns family hates Al Jones.

Talent? Name them since he has become head coach! Craig Victor checked out on St Aug his junior year and then left his senior year. Since then Brice Washington and Caleb Daniels both did not play with each other. Our best player this year left for GA. He will make another run with a subpar talent team.

We haven’t had Top Talent since Javon, Victor, and Deion. All D1 players. 1 other went on to play football for Tulane.

well last year 8-5A basketball was miles ahead. Chalmette with Mitch was undefeated both of his years against the Catholic League.

This year I have to look up the records but LW and Bonnabel are still elite and would probably win your district
