Oh I don't know maybe his 80% winning percentage in the toughest division in the toughest conference in the nation.
Uh, not so fast.
Since he won the BCS, winning games in is division is at 65%, and wins in the SEC are also at 65%. Neither of which = 80%. Throw in 4 cupcakes a year, and a weak bowl opponent, then you might get to 80%
But since no team is interested in cupcake wins or weak bowl opponents at that level, you might want to rethink your zeal.
LSU fans are tired of a 4.5 million dollar coach losing 35% of his SEC games. I suspect Michigan decision makers have those same numbers

Michigan would be elated to have our success right now.

If CLM Is such a great recruiter why did he never have a top 25 recruiting class at Oklahoma State. The LSU brand accounts for 80% of the recruits

Would you consider Saban a good recruiter?

Oh my God our fanbase is made up of such fricking morons. Only fricking idiots think talent coaches itself and is able to translate over to NFL draft picks.
But we all know the routine. Les is the QB coach. He has to be cause thats the area we've struggled at. All other position groups are coached by the coordinators.
frick you guys.

Damn, we have some knuckleheads for fans.
Hey, Mr. Know-it-all fan, here are the first two links that I searched:
Rivals 2002 Class Rankings Check out who is sitting at #25.
Rivals 2003 Class Rankings Check out who is sitting at #15.
Should we go for strike three.

His record speaks for itself. Who could Michigan get with a better record?

It's become clear to me that Michigan wants to play old school, smash mouth football. They're not interested in the spread. Miles is literally a perfect fit.

His weakness is unquestionably coaching. He's not the worst, but I believe he is subpar in virtually every aspect of actual coaching--teaching the game, fundamentals, game planning, game and clock management, player development, etc.
I know he has a track record but his recent history has raised enormous questions about his ability to rebuild a program. Other than his status as "a Michigan man", what could possibly be the attraction?

I'm really embarrassed to be an LSU fan sometimes. The window licking mouth breathers on this board give us rational fans a bad name.
