Arizona is stupid. Should have just said that he isn't a good coach, looking for someone new and fire him that way.

Going to be one expensive virtue signal for the university.

What exactly is he going to sue them for?

He was fired without cause. His contract allows his employer to do just that. He is being paid his full buyout per his contract. In addition, the university is going out of their way to indicate they could not prove the claims.

He was fired because he's a decent at best coach. This gave the university a reason to move on without him.

That SJW mentality is a fricking cancer on society.

Who in the hell would want to work there now KNOWING that unsubstantiated allegations will get you fired?

Ask yourself this...what is 90% of this thread talking about? Had they fired him without bringing up the unsubstantiated allegations they'd be fine. Now..Not so much. You do realize you can sue for any reason don't you?

This guys career took a huge down swing when he left his alma mater at WVU. He fielded some really great teams there.

I read it as she was cooperating but then stopped when she retained a lawyer to set up a lawsuit They couldn’t substantiate the allegations based on what she initially said but found enough shite to fire him anyway. Which pretty much means she will win if it goes to court or get a fat settlement if it doesn’t. All her lawyer has to say is “why did you fire him if he wasn’t guilty?$$$$$”

Congratulations! A page and a half in, and you're the only poster with functional reading comprehension skills. Everyone else read the word "unsubstantiated" and could no longer focus on the rest of the letter.

Well it's the new trend during elections. Have a few women come out and make claims then when the candidate loses they disappear with a healthy bankroll.
Sign of the times.

Remember how the internet ripped into his wife for her looks when he was at Michigan? I don’t blame him

Which is not a cause for firing someone as it had nothing to do with the University as the person was not affiliated.

so...

-RRod has an affair
-his asst finds out
-she gets fired
-blackmails RRod
-He refuses to pay
-she files bogus sexual harassment suit
-she refuses to provide concrete proof
-U of A settles out of court with her
-RRod gets canned

seem about right?
