I’ll say another thing. When a school hires a third party search firm, they are tasked with acquiring information about potential coaches and relaying that to said school. That’s it. Once the school determines they want to move forward with vetting that coach further, it’s done between the coaches, agents, and school officials. There’s no way random people from the 3rd party search firm are involved in any of those conversations. And if they for some reason were, they definitely would have an NDA that expires after a few days.
