Well Baker is being talked about as the next coach at Tulane where Sumrall is being talked about UF and Ole Miss. So naw I dont think the DC at LSU is better than the Tulane head job.

Obviously I’m biased but I mean then everyone should go coach at ULL since sunbelt billy got a job at Florida.

All I’m saying is P4 coordinators have all gotten elite jobs. If we weren’t landing kiffin, I’d rather a young elite coordinator.

More than half of the top 12 teams coaches have come from coordinator route. Seem to have better success

By “triple”, I’m guessing you mean a 20% increase. Baker makes $2.5M and Sumrall makes $3.0M

One more successful year at LSU and he would probably get a P4 job and triple his salary. Tulane hc would be a lateral move. Now if lane runs him off he’ll have no choice but to take it.

Huh? Our last 3 DC’s were fired.

There are twice as many coordinators as head coaches..

Honestly he would probably be a better HC than coordinator

His defenses give up really big plays in every game which includes against rent a win teams.

Well, if offense had a pulse and could score points, none of those things would have affected the outcome of games. How many times the defense give the offense the ball on the opponents side of the field and they do nothing with it?
