Brah, LSU was spotting erry' team 40 perts a game this year. LSU high standards are holding them to three every possession, these days.

defensive staff was way better than the one he hired. Baker, Jones, Andre Carter, Raymond and then Greg McMahon on special teams.

If that staff would've been kept in-tact, LSU would likely be in the playoffs this year.

I was just thinking that. Daronte Jones got a bad rap. He is a good coach.

Got stuck in a bad spot. Sometimes in life you gotta go backwards first and then forward.

Blake has a lot of potential, but certainly not a slam dunk hire. Will be interesting to see if we make him the highest paid DC

I recall hearing this about Lincoln Riley a few times.

He was never a target.

Seems like these sort of leaks haven’t usually gone well with us.

He's in the NCG. I'm guessing Michigan isn't going to let him slip away. He was the interim HC when Harbaugh got suspended so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a raise and at least an AHC title. Might even get some consideration for HC if JH leaves.

You still stand by your call that the OC hire is from within the program already but not one of our Co-OCs from the bowl game?

Apparently someone who has been a successful defensive coordinator at a power 5 school other than Missouri is all I can think of. If he had been as successful at any other SEC school (except maybe vandy) then nobody would have a problem with him.
